He’s particularly enthusiastic about the action, even calling one fight scene “the best ever.” Now that filming has wrapped, the show is reaching a violent climax, and Ritchson is thrilled with how it’s turned out.

The actor was worried that the new season wouldn’t be as good as the last, but photos suggest Season 4 will be even more action-packed. Agnez Mo, a new cast member playing Lila Hoth, recently shared photos from the set to celebrate the end of filming. Season 4 will be based on Lee Child’s novel Gone Tomorrow, but details are still under wraps. One thing’s for sure: Jack Reacher won’t be getting an easy time, and we can expect plenty of action and tough fights. It’ll be interesting to see what causes Alan Ritchson to be so beaten up in the final episode, though hopefully, any stunts were done safely!

It turns out Reacher isn’t the only recent project where Alan Ritchson has ended up covered in blood! He just finished filming his new movie, Runner, and shared a photo of himself bruised and battered but in good spirits. This was right before he started filming Season 4 of Reacher, so he quickly went back to playing a character who gets into fights. While he seems to enjoy the action, Ritchson has admitted that constantly taking on demanding roles can be risky, especially since he’s been working almost continuously for over two years.
We don’t have a release date for Reacher Season 4 yet, but now that filming is finished, it’s likely to arrive in 2026. The wait should be worth it, and fans can rewatch the previous three seasons in the meantime to get their action fix.
