TOWIE’s Bobby Norris is rushed to hospital in an ambulance as he shares photo strapped to a stretcher

Bobby Norris was taken to the hospital by ambulance and shared a photo on Instagram showing him on a stretcher.

The 38-year-old reality TV star from “The Only Way Is Essex” posted a puzzling message to his fans while riding in an ambulance on Tuesday.

Bobby, dressed in tracksuit bottoms and sneakers, hasn’t said anything yet about what happened or how he’s doing.

In March, the TV personality shared a health update from the hospital after undergoing surgery for a lump he’d discovered on his testicle seven months earlier.

And he shared a post-surgery update on his Instagram where he spoke about being recovery.

Sharing a snap of himself in his bed wearing a hospital gown, Bobby was seen smiling at the camera.

He shared that a simple ham sandwich and cup of tea were surprisingly satisfying, and reminded everyone to appreciate life’s small joys. ❤️

Bobby shared several photos, including what he was having for lunch and a peek at his preparations for surgery – his compression socks, consent form, and room number were all visible.

The TV personality gave his fans an update seven months after finding a lump, and admitted things weren’t going well.

In a social media post, he said: ‘I’m currently in hospital as I have to have an operation today.

A few months ago, I discovered a lump and saw my doctor, who referred me to a specialist for tests. I was advised to monitor it for any changes.

I noticed a lump on my testicle and have been monitoring it. Unfortunately, it’s not looking good, so I’m in the hospital today having surgery.

Bobby, a former cast member on TOWIE from 2012 to 2021, asked viewers to regularly check their bodies and see a doctor immediately if they notice anything unusual.

He emphasized that everyone, especially men, should regularly check their bodies for any changes. He explained that we’re usually the first to notice something isn’t right, so self-exams are crucial.

It’s okay to seek medical attention. Many people, especially men, feel self-conscious about visiting the doctor and being examined, but you shouldn’t let that stop you.

I’m definitely scared about the surgery – the idea of being cut open like a cheese wrapper isn’t pleasant. But it needs to happen, so everyone, please get checked out.

As someone passionate about well-being, I always say, please don’t ignore anything unusual you find on your body! If you notice a lump or something just feels off, get it checked. It’s so crucial to make regular self-checks a habit – noticing changes early can make all the difference. Don’t just hope it goes away – be proactive about your health!

If something feels off with your health, don’t wait – schedule a doctor’s appointment to get it checked out. You know your body best, and it’s important to address anything that doesn’t feel normal.

Bobby shared in August that he was getting immediate medical attention for a lump, just five weeks after having liposuction on all sides of his body.

The reality TV star recently went to the hospital after becoming upset while describing a homophobic assault that caused him to lose his dental veneers and required medical attention.

A passerby hurled the abuse at Bobby in January and shouted ‘queer c***’ at Stratford tube station.

While talking about homophobia on FUBAR Radio, the TV star revealed he’s been physically assaulted twice recently, with one attack requiring hospital treatment.

During an interview on the show Access All Areas with Ellen Coughlan, he discussed his latest health scare.

He explained that he was heading into Access All Areas when he encountered someone in Stratford during the daytime. He described the person as a gentleman.

I’ve been a long-time listener, and they always say they’re ‘uncensored,’ but honestly, they’re pretty careful not to cross the line. The host recently described a listener comment about them as… well, they jokingly called it being labeled a ‘queer hunt with a C,’ which I thought was a funny way to put it, while still being mindful of language.

He recently revealed details of an assault that landed him in the hospital, explaining he’s never discussed it publicly, though records of it do exist for anyone who might doubt his account.

Over the past two years, I’ve been assaulted twice in what people call hate crimes targeting gay people. I’m 38 years old, and it’s embarrassing to talk about, but during one attack, an older man actually knocked my dental veneers out. There were pieces of them scattered around after it happened.

I try to find humor in things because I generally process my feelings privately. But it wasn’t a laughing matter when I was actually in the hospital.
