Post Malone settles custody battle with former fiancée over three-year-old daughter

Post Malone and his ex-fiancée, Jamie Park, have reached an agreement in their custody case regarding their three-year-old daughter, ‘DDP’, in Los Angeles court.

According to TMZ, the 30-year-old singer and the Korean influencer, who separated a year ago, have come to an agreement regarding their child, covering things like custody, visits, financial support, and healthcare. The specifics of the agreement are private and have not been made public.

Park relocated to Los Angeles earlier this year. Post Malone, whose real name is Austin Richard Post, currently resides in a large estate in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, valued at $3 million and spanning 12,000 square feet.

In April, the content creator took legal action to transfer the case to California, hoping to secure a higher child support amount. She also asked the court for primary physical custody of the 18-time Grammy winner, along with joint legal custody and regular visitation rights.

Park also requested her legal fees be reimbursed.

Laura Wasser, Malone’s lawyer, then explained that their daughter was well-established in Utah, with a consistent life that included childcare, a doctor, and regular activities like music, gymnastics, and swimming.

She told me she loved me, and I jokingly asked how much. She said ‘a little,’ so I playfully called her a name. She returned the playful insult, and we both laughed. Honestly, she’s incredibly funny and just…amazing. I think she’s the most wonderful person ever, and I feel lucky to have her in my life, even though I don’t feel like I deserve it.

Malone explained that after a decade of constant touring and hard work, he’s ready to slow down. He wants to be present for his young daughter, enjoying simple moments like introducing her to swimming, even if she playfully calls him names.

On September 22nd, a social media influencer with around 94,000 followers on TikTok and Instagram shared a video lip-syncing to a twist on a well-known Cher quote. The clip featured her saying, ‘My mom told me to find someone who can give me everything, and I replied, “Mom, I already have everything – I’m doing great!”’

The musician, originally from New York, was last seen showing affection for Russian influencer Diana Korkunova in Milan on August 27th. This came after his summer breakup with his stylist, Christy Lee.
