Heather Mills’ ‘nightmare’ as vandals hit factories

Heather Mills is known for not backing down from a challenge. Many remember her explosive reaction during her divorce from Sir Paul McCartney, when she famously threw a jug of water on his lawyer, Fiona Shackleton, after receiving her £24 million settlement.

The model, who used to be successful, is now worried she’s failing in her current venture. She says tourists are seriously harming her vegan food business.

She explained at a vegan event in London that her business has been struggling. Over the past year and a half, Irish travellers repeatedly vandalized two of her three factories – a total of three times – which she described as a terrible ordeal.

Heather Mills, 57, didn’t share specifics about the damage to VBites, the company she started to promote plant-based eating.

She launched a factory in County Durham, aiming to make the north-east of England a leading center for plant-based food production – similar to Silicon Valley for technology.

She’s working to get her vegan business back on track after it went into administration last year.

Last year, she offered a million-pound deal to try and save the struggling company, and even forgave the nearly £5 million they already owed her.

‘Veganism changes people’s lives and inspired me and brought me into many campaigns,’ she says.

I didn’t accept any money directly from vegan businesses. Instead, any funds went to the various charities I support globally.

After her divorce from a famous musician, Heather took on the challenging sport of competitive skiing. Despite losing her left leg below the knee, she became a record-breaker, earning a place in the Guinness World Records as the fastest female skier with a disability.

She’s now in a stable relationship with Mick Dickman, 39, whom she describes as a former meat-eater who is now a dedicated vegan.

Revenge is a dress worn bold for Lily and Diana

Lily Allen’s album, West End Girl, is often called her ‘revenge album’ because it honestly details the struggles and eventual end of her marriage to David Harbour, reportedly after he was unfaithful.

It’s no surprise she chose an outfit this week that looked very similar to the famous ‘revenge dress’ Princess Diana wore after Prince Charles publicly admitted to infidelity and their marriage was falling apart.

Diana wore a black silk evening gown designed by Christina Stambolian, while Lily’s dress was created by Antony Price.

The 40-year-old singer wore the dress at the 16Arlington x Antony Price salon show in London.

Stambolian noticed the princess’s dress color resembled that of the villain, Odile, from Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake. He explained that Princess Diana didn’t portray herself as the innocent, white swan, Odette, but rather as the darker, angrier Odile, suggesting she was deliberately expressing her frustration.

 

Queen Elizabeth was far more jolly than the public realised, says royal photographer Hugo Burnand. 

According to photographer John Burnand, who officially photographed King Charles’s Coronation, Queen Elizabeth had a lovely smile, though newspapers often published pictures of her with a more serious, straight-faced expression.

On the Double Exposure podcast, photographer Cambridge Jones shared that his friend didn’t want to give him a posed, formal photo. Instead, she wanted him to have a picture capturing a genuine smile she’d seen during their time together.

Harry’s latest role – as a property ‘expert’

For most of his life, he lived in luxurious residences. He later purchased a sprawling estate in Montecito, California, for £19.5 million. The mansion boasted amenities like a wine cellar, home theater, gym, spa, swimming pool, and tennis court, as well as thirteen and a half bathrooms.

Prince Harry will be sharing his knowledge of the real estate market at an upcoming conference, and is expected to earn a substantial fee – likely enough to cover the cost of a house.

Next month, Prince Harry will be the keynote speaker at Power House, a conference for 450 real estate agents taking place in Toronto, Canada.

Organizers are advertising a chance to hear from leading figures, political commentators, and experts about real estate, housing, and the Canadian economy. They’re using language that playfully references Prince Harry’s school days at Eton, where he wasn’t known for being a particularly outspoken contributor.

Harry’s knowledge of Canadian real estate mostly came from visiting Meghan’s three-bedroom house in Toronto while she filmed the TV show Suits.

 

Although it took a long time for Oasis to reunite, their concerts are already proving successful for Liam Gallagher. The band’s frontman recently announced that his touring company, Will Power Touring – established in 2024 – has earned £5.2 million.

The business generated around £19,000 in revenue each day for nine months, ending in March. This was four months before Oasis announced their reunion tour, leading to speculation that Liam Gallagher, age 53, received a substantial upfront payment.

According to records at Companies House, Will Power Touring’s official business activity is providing support to the performing arts. Their recently filed financial statements, approved by Liam last month, show they currently have just one employee.

It’s a Geri happy 52nd birthday for Christian Horne 

Christian Horner has faced a difficult year, losing his job as team principal for Red Bull’s Formula One team in July. However, despite the challenges, he still has positive things happening in his life.

He celebrated his 52nd birthday on Sunday looking happy and relaxed. His wife, Geri Halliwell, the former Spice Girls singer, surprised him with a white cake decorated with bright, colourful candles.

Christian posted the photo online, writing: ‘Thanks for all the birthday wishes.’
