I’m A Celeb’s Ant McPartlin is gifted a toilet paper birthday cake as he celebrates his 50th in the jungle

Ant McPartlin received a surprise birthday celebration on the set of ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here’ while in Australia on Tuesday, marking his 50th birthday.

The TV presenter is currently in Australia filming the new season of the challenging ITV endurance show, but the crew worked hard to make the day memorable.

Ant’s co-host, Declan Donnelly, 49, seemed concerned when Ant mentioned he’d discovered something left in the restroom.

He quickly went to get it and came back with a birthday cake made of toilet paper, a funny creation someone had made to celebrate his special day.

Ant suspected Kiosk Kev was the one who left the gift, and he thanked the frequent customer of Deals On Wheels for placing it inside his trailer.

Ant arrived in the country at the beginning of this month before filming began on the new season of the show. He appeared to have traveled without his wife, Anne-Marie Corbett, and their 18-month-old son, Wilder.

It’s unclear if Anne-Marie, 46, will join him for the celebration today, or if they plan to celebrate on a different day.

Anne-Marie has often joined him on location while he films, but last year she stayed in the UK because she had given birth six months prior.

Ant received a lot of birthday wishes from his fans, who shared their messages in the comments section of his post.

Ant and Anne-Marie are leaving their £6 million house just a year after being denied permission to cut down six trees, following objections from their neighbors.

Oh my gosh, can you even imagine? They got together in 2018, and a year later, they moved into this incredible seven-bedroom mansion! But that wasn’t enough, of course. They completely transformed the place, spending a fortune on renovations. I mean, a Victorian-style pool house? Seriously?! And they added two single-story extensions! It’s just… perfect. Everything a power couple needs, you know?

This stunning three-story home in Wimbledon features a spacious layout with five living areas, a large kitchen that flows into the dining space, a home cinema, sunroom, pantry, walk-in closet, and both a study and an office.

Last February, it was revealed that permission had been granted to cut down four cypress trees, one Weymouth pine, and a yew, even though these trees were legally protected by a Tree Preservation Order.

According to reports at the time, neighbors accused the residents of unnecessarily cutting down healthy trees on their property.

One neighbor objected, writing that the request to cut down the large trees wasn’t justified, as the only reason given was the homeowner wanting to redesign part of their garden.

‘There is no suggestion that any of the trees are dangerous or diseased.

What someone wants shouldn’t be more important than protecting these trees and the benefits they provide to the community and the environment.

Because of this, the couple, who were expecting a baby, updated their plans to expand the garden rooms they used for a gym, games room, study, and studio – while still preserving all six trees.

The developer’s planning agent stated that the council has approved the removal of most of the trees at the end of the garden, leaving only one large yew tree along the northern edge.

The applicant wants to preserve all existing trees and construct a light-weight building elevated above the ground at the garden’s rear, designing the structure to go around the trees rather than removing them.

The buildings in the garden are secondary to the main house and will be used for relaxing and hobbies from time to time.

The new garden buildings will be well hidden from sight and designed to blend in, so they won’t negatively affect the appearance of this property or neighboring ones.

The new garden rooms would be built on special foundations – screw piles – supporting a timber frame and raised floor. This design allows the cabins to be built among the existing trees without disturbing them.

To accommodate the new buildings, some lower branches from three trees will be trimmed, but this won’t damage the trees’ health or make them unstable, according to a tree expert’s report.

According to a tree expert’s report, the owners’ proposed construction method will cause the least amount of damage to the tree.

This shows property owners are taking extra steps to avoid disrupting the land.

I can’t believe it! After following them for ages and obsessing over every little peek they’ve given us of their place, they’re moving! Eighteen months of gorgeous home vibes, and now they’re starting fresh somewhere new – but they’re not even telling us where! It’s killing me, but I guess I’ll have to stay tuned for any little hints they drop. Seriously, I need to know!

They invested a significant amount of money – hundreds of thousands of pounds – into renovating their dream home, but have since changed their plans and decided to move elsewhere.

Despite all the renovations they did, Ant has enough money to completely customize their next house to their liking.

Ant McPartlin married Anne-Marie Corbett in 2021, following his divorce from Lisa Armstrong, his wife of fourteen years since 2006.

Prior to moving to Wimbledon, Ant McPartlin lived next door to his television co-star, Declan Donnelly, in Chiswick for many years.
