Josie Gibson displayed her impressive five-stone weight loss while enjoying a beach day on her Antigua vacation on Monday.
The 40-year-old TV personality from This Morning appeared cheerful and relaxed while enjoying a sunny winter getaway with a friend.
Josie put on a white bikini with red flowers and added a pair of fashionable sunglasses.
The reality TV personality, known from Big Brother, shared earlier this year that she’d lost five stone through diet and exercise, without resorting to weight loss injections or surgery.
In a recent Instagram post, she clarified that she didn’t have gastric bypass surgery. Instead, she lost weight by exercising more, eating a healthier diet, and learning about nutrition.
People have been talking about Josie’s weight loss, and she’s been showing off her new, slimmer figure with some amazing outfits on the show, This Morning.
She shared that she completed the 12-week “Do The Unthinkable” program by MuscleFood, which combines delivered meals, exercise plans, and support to help people improve their health and fitness.
Josie described her work schedule as six days on, followed by one day off. She mentioned that on her day off, she allowed herself a single indulgence.
I didn’t have a complete meltdown and indulge in everything I’ve been avoiding, like lots of wine, food, and chocolate.
I allowed myself one treat, and that was all. If you’re going to have a day where you relax your diet, don’t let it ruin all the progress you’ve made. Enjoy a single cheat meal, but don’t overeat.
The reality TV personality previously explained her reasons for avoiding weight loss injections, saying she understands why people might turn to them when they’re feeling desperate.
It’s just not my preference, as I prefer to avoid altering my body and always choose natural methods whenever possible.
The TV presenter is also no stranger to having a few tweakments done to freshen up her look.
Josie looked radiant in photos taken with her doctor, Dr. Nora, from Rejuvenation Clinic in London, during the summer months.
She did not specify what she’d had done.
Dr. Nora, who co-owns Rejuvenation with Love Island’s Rykard Jenkins, shared a photo of herself and Josie Gibson laughing at the clinic, joking, “I can’t tell who the funny one is, @josiegibson85!”
