A new pack called ‘Show Time’ is now available in eFootball 2026, highlighting the best players from Major League Soccer (MLS). While many expected to see Messi, this pack features four players who offer excellent value for your coins.
The Show Time pack features players like Son Heung-Min, Sergio Busquets, Thomas Müller, and Jordi Alba. While these players may not be at the peak of their careers, they’ve all received excellent cards. So, is it worth trying to get one? Here’s my opinion.
eFootball 2026 Show Time American League players
Son Heung-Min
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Goal Poacher
- Showtime Skill: Acceleration Burst and Blitz Curler
Son is the most promising player. He’s built like quick, skillful forwards such as Mbappe or Dembele – fast, agile, and always looking to move forward. His exceptional balance and acceleration make him a threat, able to quickly receive through passes and maintain his speed.

His dribbling and close control are good, though not exceptional. What really stands out is his ability to use both feet effectively, especially combined with his ‘Blitz Curler’ skill. Because he can shoot powerfully with either foot, the curler becomes incredibly valuable – previous cards featuring this skill have been some of the best, and this one looks to be the same.
Adding the Acceleration Burst ST skill makes him a clear choice for a counter-attacking center forward. While he might not be Son’s best card overall, he’s definitely the simplest Blitz Curler to use. One Touch Pass is great for building plays, and any shooting skill – like Dipping Shot or Rising Shot – will be a big help.
Sergio Busquets
- Position: DMF
- Playing Style: Anchor Man
- Showtime Skill: Phenomenal Pass
I really like Busquets cards, especially because of his unique player ID. I’m glad this one finally gives him a good pace stat – around 80 is pretty good! His passing and close control skills are excellent, making him ideal for a possession-based style of play.

He excels at receiving both ground passes and lofted balls, making him a very effective passer. While he’s typically well-balanced, this particular card doesn’t quite capture that strength. On defense, his stats are consistently high, making him a reliable interceptor.
The main drawback remains his lack of speed and stamina compared to more recent cards. Newer Epic cards are simply faster and have more endurance, and the recent Selection Contract also features Henderson, making him a strong alternative.
Thomas Müller
- Position: AMF
- Playing Style: Creative Playmaker
- Showtime Skill: Phenomenal Finishing
Müller is a player whose stats really tell the story. He’s incredibly aware on the field, has excellent ball control, and has the potential to be a consistent goal scorer, making his Showtime skill a perfect match for his abilities.

He was already a fun player to watch thanks to his agility, and this version keeps that going with a really good mix of getting into the right spots and shooting. A couple of small adjustments, and he can easily become a reliable second scoring option from the middle of the field.
He’s mostly limited by his lack of physical play, though I’m not too concerned about his overall tempo. I recommend playing him as a supporting striker with a build that focuses on staying near the goal, utilizing his ability to hold the ball and finish strong, and repeating that strategy.
Jordi Alba
- Position: LB
- Playing Style: Offensive Wingback
- Showtime Skill: Edged Crossing
This Alba card is a great option for building a team thanks to his excellent speed and passing ability. He has impressive pace stats, good stamina, and his passing makes the ‘Edged Crossing’ playstyle particularly effective.

He seems like a linebacker who prioritizes aggressive plays and stays close to the line of scrimmage, which explains his decent, though not exceptional, defensive ratings. While those ratings could be improved, I don’t think that’s the best way to use his strengths. Considering his physical build and strong offensive abilities, I believe he’d be most effective playing as a left midfielder with the right training and strategy.
Verdict on the Show Time American League players in eFootball 2026
I definitely recommend trying to get these characters. They’re not top-tier, but they’re solid choices that can save you resources. Son is well worth the effort, and the others are great for beginners unless you already have a powerful team.
