Dick and Angel Strawbridge, known from the show Escape to The Chateau, marked their 10th wedding anniversary with a sweet post on Instagram on Friday.

Dick, 66, and Angel, 47, posted several photos to celebrate a special occasion, coinciding with their upcoming return to television after leaving their Channel 4 program due to claims of bullying.

The date was special because it marked five years since they first met, and they celebrated by sharing adorable old photos of themselves with their children, Arthur, 12, and Dorothy, 11.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to say a massive hello and send a huge thank you for all the wonderful messages you sent yesterday – honestly, you completely blew us away with your kindness! It really made our day.

We had a wonderful day in Rennes, fondly remembering our wedding. We talked about the kids, family, and friends, and all the fun and craziness leading up to it. It was filled with laughter, a few happy tears, and a feeling of gratitude.

You know, it feels like just yesterday! Today marks 15 years since my partner and I first met. We were sitting across the table from each other, and honestly, it was instant! I’ve included a picture – our friend Will was definitely the third wheel that day, but we wouldn’t trade it for the world! It’s amazing how quickly things can change, and we’re so grateful for all the years we’ve shared since that special moment.

Ever since then, we’ve been best friends, and it’s been an incredible journey. We celebrated 15 wonderful years together last night with dinner at Café Grandmas, sharing a toast to many more.

The couple’s Channel 4 show ran for nine seasons and 50 episodes before ending in 2022. It was cancelled following reports of disagreements among the production team.

Channel 4 announced they won’t be collaborating with Dick and Angel on any future projects after completing a review.

This month, the couple revealed on Instagram that they’re currently filming the tenth season of Escape to the Chateau. The Daily Mail initially reported their plans to return to television last month.

We’re thrilled to share that filming for Season 10 of Escape to the Chateau is officially underway! It’s been fantastic having our amazing film crew – the people who make the show happen behind the scenes – back with us.

The pair shared that this new show allowed them to reconnect with a crew member they worked with back in 2021.

The couple shared a sweet Instagram post, including a throwback photo of Arthur and Dorothy when they were much smaller during the 2021 season of ‘Escape to the Chateau.’ They were delighted to receive a surprise visit from Olga, a member of their filming crew from that time.

It’s been years since I’ve seen Olga… I remember the last thing we said to each other was about visiting if we were ever nearby. It’s amazing how time flies! Hope you have a good night. Kisses.

Viewers of the show immediately loved the heartwarming comparison photos, with many commenting, ‘Fantastic Family and TV Story.’

Dick and Angel have shared that the new season will focus more on their experiences as parents and less on home renovations.

We first discovered the Chateau in 2014, and it’s been an amazing adventure ever since. In 2022, we decided to pause filming and wrapped up Series 9 with a truly magical and unforgettable celebration.

Dick and Angel continued: ‘Now, as a family, we’ve stepped into a new era.

Now that Arthur and Dorothy are happily starting college, Season 10 marks a period of significant change and development for the Chateau, more than ever before.

We said we’d share an update with you, and possibly a Christmas special, when the time felt right for our family – and now it is!

Dick and Angel lost their show on Channel 4 three years ago following a scandal involving accusations of bullying.

In May 2023, Channel 4 ended its relationship with them after an investigation revealed inappropriate behavior.

The TV channel announced it was ending its working relationship with the pair after a review, describing their behavior as difficult and unpredictable.

A leaked recording revealed Angel branding a producer a ‘F***ed up little c**t’.

In June, she publicly addressed the controversial rant for the first time, explaining that she believed she had been deliberately set up.

The celebrity acknowledged she regretted the situation, but stated she wouldn’t be apologizing for her actions.

On Elizabeth Day’s ‘How To Fail’ podcast, Angel admitted she became extremely angry in that moment. While acknowledging she overreacted, she refused to apologize, explaining that his behavior was deeply disrespectful to her, her family, and she doesn’t regret her response.

Apologizing for my harsh words and asking you to leave would feel insincere to me.

She said she wished she could take back what happened, and also wished he hadn’t done what he did, explaining her anger wasn’t sudden – it had a cause.

It developed gradually, and while understandable given the circumstances, I still regret that it occurred.
