Teresa Giudice makes shock update about years-long feud with Joe and Melissa Gorga at BravoCon 2025

Teresa Giudice surprised fans at BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas this weekend by sharing an update on her years-long conflict with Joe and Melissa Gorga.

Teresa Giudice, 53, of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, shared some good news at a panel discussion in Las Vegas. Looking noticeably different with new blond hair, she announced she’s finally made peace with her brother, 51, and his wife, 46.

She expressed her gratitude for the couple, who also appear on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, telling People she was ‘really grateful and thankful’ to be with them.

Joe even made the rapprochement official at the convention. 

Teresa and her husband, Luis Ruelas, were signing items for fans when Joe unexpectedly stopped by to demonstrate that he held no grudges.

A TikTok video shows Joe unexpectedly hugging his sister and her husband while fans looked on, many quickly filming the heartwarming moment.

Everyone was delighted when Luis showed his affection for Joe with a kiss on the cheek.

Melissa was spotted at BravoCon alongside Joe and other Bravo celebrities, but she didn’t seem to participate in the affectionate family interactions everyone else was having.

The conflict between Teresa and the Gorgas family expanded, involving other relatives. However, Teresa’s eldest daughter, Gia Giudice, 24, shared that she’s now open to having her aunt and uncle back in their lives.

She expressed her happiness about the renewed friendly relationship while speaking with People magazine on the red carpet.

Gia shared that she’s excited about the progress they’re making and looking ahead to a positive future. She expressed genuine happiness about the rebuilding process and where things are headed.

Teresa has been feuding with her brother and sister-in-law ever since Melissa joined the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey back in season three.

Early on, Teresa accused Melissa of only being with Joe for his money, which Melissa denied.

In a 2011 interview with E! News, she shared that her husband, Joe, and she had been married for seven years and were raising three children. She described a difficult period where they struggled financially, even having trouble affording basic necessities like diapers, and were forced to sell each home they owned. She added that she never went anywhere and didn’t anticipate ever doing so.

Melissa explained she was upset that the information was even shared, and worried about the impact it would have on others. She added that she felt even more for the person’s brother, suggesting he was hurting even more than she was.

Things got so tense between everyone that a physical fight broke out in 2013. However, Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice seemed to reconcile with their “Real Housewives of New Jersey” castmates after they both received prison sentences for committing fraud.

After her husband Joe was deported to Italy following his prison term, things were generally peaceful for Teresa. However, she and Melissa had another very public disagreement in 2022 when Teresa announced on the show Watch What Happens Live that she didn’t want Melissa to be a bridesmaid at her wedding.

I was so shocked to hear Melissa say she found out she wasn’t a bridesmaid by watching the interview – she said she had no idea beforehand! It just seemed unbelievable that she learned such a personal thing that way.

You know, sometimes life happens, and people can’t make it to events, even important ones. That’s exactly what happened with my friends Melissa and Joe – they unfortunately had to miss Teresa’s wedding to Luis. The really lovely thing? Teresa was incredibly understanding about it, telling me she wasn’t upset at all. It just goes to show, being flexible and gracious can make all the difference!

She explained on her Namaste B$tches podcast that she only wanted positive people at her wedding, and those who attended were there because they brought that good vibe.
