With the new season of I’m A Celebrity starting this Sunday, some of the contestants – including Angry Ginge, Ruby Wax, Lisa Riley, Jack Osbourne, and Alex Scott – have already filmed their first challenge.
The celebrities arrived at the luxurious Rivermead Estate to begin their time on “I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!”, where they were met by the show’s familiar hosts, Ant and Dec.
Contestants faced a terrifying challenge: they had to place a glass bowl filled with snakes over their heads, all for the chance to win a comfortable bed in camp by securing a spot in the Getaway Car.
The three celebrities who lost the challenge were sent to the Coco Van – a truly unpleasant bus full of fish waste – driven by Kiosk Kev. As a result, they won’t receive any of the usual comforts when they reach camp.
Even though the campers have finished the qualifying trials, they won’t begin their Jungle experience until Saturday.
Eyewitnesses say the trial was disrupted by strong rain and thunderstorms that moved over Australia’s Gold Coast, and the filming took several hours to complete.

Morgan Burtwistle, better known as AngryGinge, 25, was spotted at Brisbane Airport wearing his signature red Crocs. He was there to meet Jack Osbourne, 40, who was also a contestant on their show.
Alex Scott, a former professional soccer player, dressed for the jungle with brown boots and a linen shirt dress. Actress Lisa Riley opted for a striking blue and white jumpsuit.
I spotted Ruby Wax, looking fabulous at 72 in a bright blue shirt and fun patterned trousers, as all the contestants gathered by the pool. Everyone was buzzing and ready to kick things off with their first challenge – the energy was fantastic!
Yesterday, the final five contestants – Martin Kemp, Kelly Brook, Aitch, Edie Kadi, and Shona McGarty – faced their trial by parachuting onto a beach from helicopters.
The new season of I’m A Celebrity begins on Sunday, but the forecast predicts rain for the next three days, meaning the celebrities will likely face a damp and soggy camp.
