Newly released video from the set of ‘It Ends With Us‘ has intensified the legal conflict between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. Baldoni is now alleging that Lively is behaving in the same way she accuses him of, essentially turning the tables on her claims.
Lawyers for actor Dustin Baldoni presented a previously removed scene in court on Thursday, according to documents obtained by DailyMail.com. They claim the scene shows Blake Lively unexpectedly initiating a kiss during filming, which contradicts her recent lawsuit where she accuses Baldoni of unwanted kissing.
A one-minute video, submitted as evidence on November 13th, depicts Blake Lively and Adam Baldoni filming a hospital hallway scene in May 2023.
Oh my gosh, you will NOT believe this! I’ve watched that scene like a million times, and it’s EVERYTHING. Blake Lively, as Lily, just walks right up to Justin Baldoni’s Ryle, takes his arms, gives him this amazing little kiss, and then just… walks away, smiling! It was SO unexpected, so perfect… and apparently, it wasn’t even in the original script! Justin’s lawyers said so! It was a total spontaneous moment, and honestly, it makes me ship them even harder. I’m obsessed!
Sources say Lively didn’t just agree to the scene, but actively guided it, even suggesting her character kiss Baldoni’s character with each repetition, despite the kiss not being written in the original script.
Daily Mail has reached out to reps for both Baldoni and Lively.

Thirty-eight-year-old Lively has filed sexual harassment and retaliation accusations against forty-one-year-old Baldoni, who strongly denies the claims.
After the end of the Hollywood strikes, when filming for It Ends With Us resumed in January 2024, Lively gave Baldoni and the production team a detailed list of requirements she needed met.
One of them, according to her lawsuit: ‘no more improvising of kissing.’
However, Baldoni’s team now believes the recently discovered clip shows Lively engaging in unscripted kissing scenes months before the incident.
In a lawsuit Baldoni filed in January – a $400 million claim that was later dismissed – his lawyers argued that all the kissing scenes filmed before the alleged incident had been pre-approved and were part of the planned production.
They’re changing their previous position, now stating the hospital scene – which they say depicts Lively unexpectedly kissing someone – was filmed on May 19, 2023, before filming stopped.
Now that the video has been submitted as evidence and both parties are firmly defending their positions, the Hollywood dispute has escalated dramatically, and the situation is only becoming more complicated.
Last week, a New York judge handed Lively a fresh courtroom defeat.

Shortly after a judge dismissed Baldoni’s multi-million dollar lawsuit claiming defamation against Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and The New York Times, she received another unfavorable ruling.
As a big fan, I was really disappointed to hear about the lawsuit, but it seems like the judge has now dismissed the claims against Jed Wallace. He was accused of being involved in some negative online activity surrounding the film’s release, supposedly working with the other side to spread rumors, but the judge didn’t see enough evidence to move forward with that part of the case.
The judge decided the lawyers didn’t prove Wallace, who lives in Austin, Texas, had enough connection to New York to justify being sued in that state.
Lively claimed Baldoni’s team recruited Wallace to orchestrate a campaign of online attacks designed to damage her reputation on social media.
Judge Liman had initially dismissed the claims, but allowed the legal team to revise their case if they could demonstrate Wallace’s connections to New York.
Ultimately, Judge Liman decided that Lively didn’t make a strong enough case, but he pointed out she could still try to take legal action against Wallace in Texas.
According to a spokesperson, the court decided Ms. Lively’s case should be handled in another court.
Ms. Lively is considering her legal strategies and anticipates a trial in New York next March to address her claims against Baldoni, Heath, Nathan, and the other parties involved in the Wayfarer case.

Wallace responded to Lively’s lawsuit by filing his own claim for defamation in a Texas court, but the case was dismissed.
This newly revealed video surfaces amid the continuing legal battle between the two former colleagues, which now includes accusations that one actor secretly used technology to damage the other’s reputation.
According to a court document obtained by the Daily Mail, Lively’s lawyers allege that Baldoni and his team—including attorneys, agents, and PR professionals—used digital methods to hide important evidence during the legal case.
The legal team argued that the defendants consistently obstructed the information-gathering process by either withholding documents or wrongly claiming attorney-client privilege to keep them hidden.
Lively’s legal team claims that Baldoni’s side has filed at least twelve motions seeking information during the discovery process against them.
According to Deadline, a person who used to work with Baldoni at the PR firm Jonesworks LLC – which is also involved in the legal case – made comparable claims in a court filing on Wednesday.
Lawyers for Blake Lively, who is married to actor Ryan Reynolds, stated in court documents that Kevin Baldoni worked with people from Wayfarer Studios and public relations professionals, including Melissa Nathan and Jennifer Abel. They allege this involved using apps and automatically deleting messages to coordinate efforts.
According to court documents, Baldoni and his team allegedly worked together to harm Lively’s reputation by using various digital tools, including the Signal app, voice recordings, and other software.
According to Lively’s legal team, Baldoni and others acted as if they anticipated a lawsuit and tried to hide information that could have harmed their position if it became public.
According to legal documents reviewed by Deadline, details about Signal and related projects came from interviews with former Nathan employees, including Katherine Case and Breanna Butler.
The actress, known for her role in Gossip Girl, accused Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment during the filming of their movie, It Ends with Us, which became a popular success when released last August. Baldoni has stated that the accusation is false.

The movie made $148 million in the US and $350 million worldwide. However, recent accusations from the actors involved have unfortunately taken attention away from its success.
The film featured Jenny Slate, Hasan Minhaj, Brandon Sklenar, and Kevin McKidd, and was adapted from Colleen Hoover’s 2016 novel.
The movie’s plot focused on the unhealthy and damaging relationship between Lily Bloom, portrayed by Blake Lively, and Ryle Kincaid, played by Justin Baldoni.
The film follows Lily as she tries to build a new life after a difficult childhood. She finds a potential connection with a neurosurgeon, but soon discovers troubling similarities between him and her parents, forcing her to confront her past.
Last December, Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, alleging sexual harassment, unfair retaliation, and causing intentional emotional distress.
The actress filed a lawsuit claiming that Baldoni sexually harassed her, made demeaning comments about her appearance, and tried to ruin her career by spreading false information about her.
In her legal complaint, Lively identified several people who worked with Baldoni, such as his production company Wayfarer Studios, its CEO and primary investor, and publicists Nathan and Abel.
Initially, Baldoni sought $250 million in damages from The New York Times due to a report they published. He later included this claim in a larger $400 million lawsuit filed in January.
Baldoni included Lively, her husband Reynolds, and Lively’s publicist, Leslie Sloane, in the lawsuit, referencing the report in the legal filings. However, the case was dismissed in June.
All parties have denied all of the allegations against them.
