Will Smith recently shared a rare photo with his oldest son, Trey, while celebrating Trey’s 33rd birthday.

Oh my gosh, you guys, I just found out that he – can you believe he’s 57?! – had a really sweet, private dinner with his family and closest friends! And, of course, Trey was there! It’s just so amazing to see them working things out and celebrating together. Seriously, my heart is so full knowing they’re all together on his special day!

Will Smith, known from ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,’ was pictured with his son Trey in photos shared on Instagram by his ex-wife, Sheree Zampino. They had Trey on November 11, 1992, and later divorced in 1995.

In one picture, Will flashed a cheerful smile as he stood next to Sheree as well as their son Trey.

The Academy Award winner attended the event with his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, and their son, Jaden, who is 27 years old. The couple, married since 1997, also have a 25-year-old daughter named Willow.

A subsequent photo showed Trey with his arms around both his father and his younger half-brother.

Will joined the other party guests in singing ‘Happy Birthday’ to Trey, who was standing beside a two-tiered cake decorated with a Las Vegas sign.

The party looked like it had a casino theme, with playing cards on one table and oversized, bright dice nearby.

The camera swept across the room, showing Trey surrounded by his friends and family as they celebrated this important occasion.

Sheree wrote in the Instagram post’s caption: ‘Happy 33rd birthday! You’re such a wonderful and kind person!’

She wished Trey Smith a happy 33rd birthday, hoping his new year will be filled with success and good fortune. She playfully referred to it as a gateway to even greater things, tagging his official account: @treysmithofficial.

Will and Sheree married in 1992 but later divorced in 1995.

Trey is continuing his father’s career in entertainment, and he famously appeared alongside Will in the music video for Will’s 1998 song, “Just The Two Of Us.”

He also starred alongside his famous father in two episodes of the series All Of Us back in 2003. 

As someone who’s followed celebrity relationships for years, it’s really heartwarming to hear about Will Smith rebuilding his connection with his oldest child. The celebrity remembered something Trey had said to him: ‘It seems like we’ve just been relaxing and enjoying the Formula 1 races.’

Will’s voice cracked with emotion as he told his dad, “You know what? I just realized you’re not just my dad, you’re like my best friend.” His dad responded with a casual, “Yeah, man, probably.”

He said his divorce felt like his biggest personal failure. While he’d experienced other painful moments as an adult, nothing compared to the heartbreak of separating from the mother of his two-year-old son.

It was so sweet to see Will relaxing and napping outside on a couch, completely surrounded by his loved ones! Jada was right there with him, and both of their kids were nearby. Another source confirmed to the publication that the couple remains together, though they’ve maintained separate residences for several years.
