Kourtney Kardashian’s company, Lemme, is doing incredibly well, earning millions of dollars, and she’s determined to protect its continued success.
Reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian’s vitamin and supplement company, Lemme, is involved in a legal dispute with a separate brand also named Lemme. This other company is based in Hong Kong but sells products to customers in the U.S.
Both companies have applied for trademarks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Now, Kim Kardashian’s lawyers are challenging a different company also named Lemme, which primarily sells cigarettes and vaping products from China.
Legal documents obtained by the Daily Mail reveal that Lemme is challenging a trademark application from Hong Kong Senran Technology Company. Lemme argues that the application should be rejected because it’s too similar to their existing trademark, potentially causing confusion among consumers, and could also weaken the Lemme brand.
Lemme is objecting to the sale of all types of cigarettes, including traditional tobacco cigarettes, those with substitutes, and related products like cigarette filters. This also includes vaping devices – specifically, electronic cigarettes, atomizers, and the liquid nicotine used in them.
According to documents filed on September 10th, customers now associate the name ‘LEMME’ with high-quality vitamins and supplements made by Kardashian’s brand.

They argue that the “Hong Kong Lemme” trademark is virtually the same as, or very easily mistaken for, the existing trademarks owned by Lemme, such as “Lemme Purr” and “Lemme Mama.” They believe it looks, sounds, and creates the same overall impression as those trademarks.
They also state that any problems with products from Lemme Hong Kong will harm the reputation and goodwill of Kardashian’s Lemme brand, as represented by the LEMME trademarks.
Beyond the concern that consumers might confuse the two brands, the gummy company argues that the other ‘Lemme’ product could weaken and damage the reputation of their established ‘LEMME’ brand, which is legally protected against such harm.
According to legal documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Hong Kong Senran Technology Company submitted its reply to the objections raised by Kardashian’s Lemme on November 10th.
The company claims Kardashian’s Lemme brand hasn’t been, and won’t be, harmed by their trademark, and they reject all other accusations.
The claims that our brand is being weakened are legally invalid. [Kardashian’s Lemme] hasn’t proven its trademarks are widely recognized by the American public, which is necessary to support these claims under trademark law.
The company argues that even if Opposer’s trademarks are well-known within the vitamin industry, that’s not enough to prove dilution, especially since they haven’t shown any similar recognition in the cigarette industry.
The Hong Kong company argues that consumers won’t confuse the two trademarks because the products are different and sold through separate channels. They also point out that the two companies aren’t related.

The discovery conference must be completed by December 10th, and initial information must be shared by January 9, 2026.
The Daily Mail has contacted the lawyers for both Lemme Inc. and Hong Kong Senran Technology Co. for a statement.
Lemme has faced legal challenges before. Earlier this year, Christina Robins sued Kim Kardashian’s company, Lemme Inc., alleging that its GLP-1 gummies were falsely advertised.
The California resident filed a lawsuit in both California and a federal court in New York, claiming it was a class action on behalf of many people.
The New York lawsuit was dropped because the court didn’t have the authority to hear the case. However, the lawsuit in California is still in progress, with Lemme’s team actively defending themselves.
The parties involved haven’t yet resolved the issues raised in Lemme’s legal challenge. Lemme’s legal team argues that Robins hasn’t provided enough evidence to support their claim. A hearing to discuss this challenge is scheduled for December.
Okay, so you HAVE to know about Lemme! I’ve been following them since the very beginning. They officially trademarked everything in November 2021, but they finally launched in September 2022 and it was AMAZING. They started with three incredible gummy flavors – Lemme Matcha, Lemme Focus, and Lemme Chill – and the best part? They’re totally vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO! I’m obsessed, seriously obsessed!
The brand has grown beyond its original product to now offer a range of gummies. These include Lemme Purr for vaginal health, Lemme Sleep to help with sleep, Lemme Debloat for digestion, and Lemme Glow for hair, skin, and nails.

Lemme Inc. earned approximately $61 million from its online sales over the past six months, according to revenue reports from April.
Kourtney Kardashian, founder of Poosh, seems to be expanding her wellness brand with a new line of vitamins and supplements called Lemme V-Tox, based on a recent trademark filing.
Last month, Kourtney Kardashian, wife of Travis Barker, released a new lollipop designed to support vaginal health. Called Lemme Purr, the probiotic lollipop contains Vitamin C, pineapple, and SNZ 1969 probiotics, making it a unique product in the women’s wellness space.
Earlier this month, Khloé Kardashian teamed up with her sister Kim for a new campaign promoting her latest product, Lemme Colostrum, which is part of her Lemme brand.
Okay, so I’ve been following Kourtney’s Lemme line, and honestly, I’m obsessed! The gummies, and especially that Colostrum Liquid, are supposed to be amazing for your gut health. Apparently, it’s all thanks to colostrum – which is inspired by the stuff in breast milk, how cool is that?! – plus they add in Vitamin D3 and a bunch of other good stuff. I’m seriously hoping it works wonders for me!
