As “I’m A Celebrity” returns on November 16th, ITV has announced a change to the Bushtucker Trials. Unlike in the past where viewers could vote for one celebrity to do many trials, there will now be a limit to how many trials any single campmate faces this year.
So, here’s the deal in the jungle – I heard that if someone gets stuck doing two trials back-to-back, they get a break from the voting for the next one. Basically, after a double-trial disaster, the viewers (and the camp!) won’t be able to vote for me to do another one the very next day. It’s a little breather after a rough patch, which is good news if you’re already exhausted!
Okay, so things are changing up in camp! It sounds like everyone’s going to have a bigger role in winning food – not just a couple of people. And honestly, that’s awesome because it means we, as viewers, will actually get to know all the celebrities, not just the ones getting all the airtime. It should make the show way more interesting!

Throughout the 2024 season, BBC radio host Dean McCullough was repeatedly selected by the public to face Bushtucker trials, completing seven in a row. This constant selection frustrated many viewers, as reported by the Daily Mail.
ITV has announced the celebrities who will be taking part in the new season of I’m A Celebrity. This year’s contestants are Aitch, Alex Scott, Angryginge, Eddie Kadi, Jack Osbourne, Kelly Brook, Lisa Riley, Martin Kemp, Ruby Wax, Tom Read Wilson, Vogue Williams, and Shona McGarty.

Ant and Dec got fans excited this week by posting a picture on Instagram of themselves wearing jungle-themed pyjamas. They playfully wrote in the caption that they’d be waiting until November 16th, hinting at the return of their show.
Jack Osborne, son of the late Ozzy Osbourne, explained that his mother, Sharon, and sister, Kelly, will be watching him on I’m A Celebrity.

He said his mum and Kelly will definitely be watching and are very supportive. Leaving them will be tough, especially with his family still grieving the loss of his father, and with his wife and children to think about. He knows it’s going to be a difficult transition.
This isn’t the first time I’ve been away from my family. I’ve been on shoots for ‘Adrenaline Junkie’ lasting almost two months, and even then I could usually find a way to call home. This time, not being able to talk to my wife and kids will be really tough. Still, I’m hoping I can make them proud.
I’m A Celebrity will return on Sunday, 16 November.
