Hailey Bieber hints at having a second child with husband Justin as model admits she’s ‘much more prepared to do it again’ after welcoming son Jack Blues

Hailey Bieber has suggested she and Justin Bieber might want to have another baby, not long after welcoming their first child.

The model and her musician husband welcomed their son, Jack Blues, in August 2024, and are adjusting to parenthood. She’s been honest about initially feeling unprepared for the challenges of raising a child.

In a recent interview with GQ, 28-year-old Bieber shared that a recent experience has shifted her perspective, and she’ll think about future pregnancies differently as a result.

She explained that no amount of advice can truly prepare you for something until you experience it firsthand.

Looking back, I definitely feel a lot more confident about tackling it again. The first time around, I was completely thrown in the deep end and felt so unprepared, but now I know what to expect and feel much better equipped.

It’s hard to predict what it’s like, but going through the experience changes you in ways you could never anticipate. It’s a process of growth and evolution that you can only truly understand by living it.

Justin Bieber grew up in an evangelical Christian household, but now he and his wife both go to the same church that isn’t affiliated with a specific denomination.

She says becoming pregnant and giving birth to their son deepened her existing spiritual beliefs.

I’ve always considered myself a spiritual person. I believe that having children actually strengthens your spirituality.

It’s a deeply meaningful experience that I don’t think will ever lose its importance to me. I’m always hoping to grow and deepen that feeling, though.

Honestly, I can’t even imagine a time when this won’t be a huge part of my life, something I cherish forever. It’s just… always going to be important to me, always close to my heart.

Bieber hinted at wanting to have more children during an interview on the ‘In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele’ podcast.

She admitted she wanted multiple children, adding that becoming a mother was a lifelong dream. Ever since she was young, she’d imagined herself raising a family.

It’s funny how your perspective changes as you get older, especially after becoming a parent. Now, I think any choice someone makes about having children – whether they choose to or not – is incredible.

The model, who marked her son Jack’s first birthday on October 24th, says she’s still getting used to being a mom after having him at 27.

‘I do think there were fears around it. I didn’t know what to expect,’ she said of her pregnancy. 

After my son arrived, I just take things one day at a time. Every day feels like a new lesson in motherhood – I’m constantly learning what’s best for him and for me as his mom.

Bieber shared that she balances motherhood and her career with the help of full-time nannies who care for her son.

She confirmed she receives regular help, and is proud to talk about it. She explained that she wouldn’t be able to manage her career and everything else without it, and she’s very thankful for the support she gets.

Despite having a dedicated team helping her, she maintains that her son is always with his mom and dad.

She explained that he’s either spending time with her or with his father. He’s very family-oriented and constantly with a relative – either one of his parents or his godparents.
