MAFS’ Martha Kalifatidis and Michael Brunelli tease baby’s gender as they prepare to welcome second child

Martha Kalifatidis and husband Michael Brunelli have teased the gender of their second child.

I was so thrilled to hear that my favorite Married At First Sight couple is expecting another baby! They already have a sweet little boy named Lucius, who’s two, and I can’t wait to see them become a family of four.

On Tuesday, they posted a cute video to Instagram to announce the baby’s gender.

The short video showed Martha’s uncle, Enzo, taking young Lucius to his parents with important news he’d received in an envelope.

Clearly excited, Martha, 37, and Michael, 33 went about pressing their son to spill the beans.

“What did Enzo say?” both parents asked their son. Martha then urged, “Tell us what Enzo told you – what’s the secret?”

Lucius didn’t say a word, just chuckled while Martha and Michael kept questioning him.

In the video, Martha tried to get Lucius to talk by offering him a lollipop, but he refused and didn’t say a word.

The clip ended with the couple writing a hopeful: ‘To be continued.’ 

The couple shared a funny video with the caption, ‘We handed my uncle a sealed envelope, and he told Looch… what was he thinking?’

As a lifestyle observer, I’ve noticed a huge reaction to the recent post – people are really talking about Lucius! And honestly, a lot of the buzz is about how wonderfully discreet he is – everyone’s complimenting his ability to keep things private, which is so refreshing to see.

One fan said they’re going to start sharing everything with Looch, because this video made them realize they can trust him.

Someone else laughed and commented on the impressive self-control, but Martha quickly responded, ‘What self-control? I had him in a headlock!’

A third summed up the sentiment of many with: ‘This is the best gender reveal to be I’ve seen.’   

Michael playfully hinted at the baby’s gender in the comments, first asking ‘Girl?’ and then following up with a teasing ‘Boy?’

The MAFS golden couple took to Instagram last month to reveal they were expecting baby number two.

Martha posted a short video of her toddler son planting a kiss on her growing bump. 

The former reality star, who experienced extreme morning sickness during her first pregnancy, suggested in a recent post that she’s feeling unwell again.

She shared a video and wrote that she’s currently resting after being pregnant, and is looking forward to returning with new projects soon, hoping everything goes well.

Martha and Michael first met on MAFS in 2019 and got engaged two years later, but are yet to marry.
