Former Hollyoaks star Roxanne McKee has given birth to twins, three months after her engagement.
Oh my gosh, you guys, she finally posted! Our queen, 45 years young and more radiant than ever, shared the very first pictures of her precious little ones on Instagram last night! I literally screamed when I saw the notification – it’s everything I’ve been waiting for!
Not disclosing their names or gender, Roxanne wrote: ‘Less sleep, more love’.
In one picture, Roxanne looked radiant while holding her babies close. Another photo showed her partner’s hand gently resting on top of hers.
As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been following the career of this talented actress for years! She’s best known for her role as Louise Summers on that popular soap opera – she really brought that character to life between 2005 and 2008. While she generally keeps things private – and I respect that! – she does love sharing those special life moments with her fans online, which is lovely to see.
Roxanne was flooded with congratulatory messages, with soaps stars penning sweet words.

Jamie Lomas, an actor on the show who played a role in his character’s death, posted ‘Congratulations to you all.’ Nicky Sanderson from Coronation Street shared a similar sentiment.
In August, Roxanne revealed she was expecting a baby by showing off her growing belly while wearing Calvin Klein underwear.
The actress publicly introduced her new boyfriend with some affectionate photos, hinting at a collaborative effort with the caption ‘Joint project’.
Just days after announcing their happy news, she shared another update – he had proposed.
Roxanne shared a video on Instagram showing a diamond ring, hinting she’d gotten engaged – the video has since been deleted.
The actress finally introduced her partner to the public, someone she had previously kept private, but she didn’t share his name.
She excitedly shared with her fans that she’d had a crush on him since she was 13, and happily announced that he had finally proposed.
Roxanne’s stint in Hollyoaks came to an end when her character was brutally killed off in 2008.
She was strangled to death by her fiancé Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas) on their wedding day.

This occurred after he was found to have killed her soon-to-be ex-husband, Sean Kennedy, played by Matthew Jay Lewis.
Her body was later placed in a hotel room and set alight to cover his tracks.
Leaving Hollyoaks was bittersweet for me, honestly. I had such a wonderful time on the show and I’m really going to miss all the amazing people at Lime Pictures – they’re a fantastic team!
I’ve gained a lot of valuable experience and will always cherish my time here – not only working with the amazing people, but also living in Liverpool, which truly feels like a second home to me.
Leaving will be emotional, and I’m sure I’ll cry, but I’m really looking forward to the future and all the possibilities it brings.
Following her time on Hollyoaks, Roxanne appeared in several other popular shows, including the role of Lou Foster in BBC Three’s Lip Service, Doreah in the acclaimed HBO series Game of Thrones, and Lady Claire Riesen in Syfy’s drama Dominion.
She’s also been in the horror movie Wrong Turn 5: Bloodlines, the action thriller Vendetta, and the big-budget fantasy film The Legend of Hercules.
Roxanne recently starred in the thriller, The Admirer, and will play Xana in the 2025 horror film, Bambi: The Reckoning.
On her social media she often shares her passion for rock climbing and fitness.
As a huge Hollyoaks fan, I was so thrilled to hear Roxanne talking about coming back! She hinted that maybe, just maybe, Louise isn’t actually gone for good – and that’s a twist I’m really hoping they explore. It would be amazing to see her back on our screens!
The character appears to die on screen, but there’s a chance she could return. I filmed a secret scene revealing she actually survived, and whether or not I reprise the role depends on if I choose to come back for another episode.
The show includes scenes of my character’s death, but there’s also a hidden flashback that won’t be shown unless I decide to return for a future episode.
I’m considering revisiting Louise’s story and bringing it to a proper conclusion, though I’m also exploring other possibilities right now.
‘It would be really good, though — I’d be going back to kill a few people off.’
