Charlotte Crosby has revealed the money troubles and emotional difficulties she and her fiancé, Jake Ankers, are experiencing after having their second child.
Marnie Simpson, 34, and her partner Jake, also 34, recently had another daughter, Pixi, in February. They are also parents to their two-year-old daughter, Alba.
Offering a candid insight into her life, Charlotte admitted her relationship has been on the brink.
She shared with The Sun that they struggled a lot when their second child was born, something many parents can understand.
Charlotte explained that both she and her partner work, and they can’t afford a nanny – a situation many families face.

‘I don’t really have a lot of money, let me tell you.
I recently moved and am currently renovating, which is incredibly demanding on my time and energy. It’s a tough time for everyone involved, honestly.
Despite the challenges they’ve faced, their love for each other remains strong, just like any other couple, as she pointed out.
Charlotte and Jake went through ‘a really hard stage’ while filming as the host of Aussie Shore.
After arguing several times, Jake wanted to make things right with his fiancé, so he flew to Australia as a surprise.
The mother of two felt hurt and overwhelmed by his surprise visit, explaining that she was already struggling to juggle work and care for her daughters and considered his actions selfish.
However upon reflection she later took the opportunity to praise Jake on Instagram.
She shared how touched she was that Jake had flown all the way from around the world to surprise them in Australia. After weeks of only being able to spend short amounts of time together, they were finally able to enjoy some quality time together that evening.

‘Relationships aren’t always easy. It’s about how you get through the tough times that count.’
Once famous for her wild behavior on MTV, Charlotte Crosby has reinvented herself as a fashion and motherhood expert. She’s now sharing her life as a mom of two in her new Paramount+ series, Geordie Stories: Charlotte Mam of two.
Charlotte revealed she was £300,000 in debt because she had invested her own money into her clothing company, Pepper Girls Club.
The popular reality TV star admitted she hadn’t yet made a profit on her business and was hoping to earn enough to cover her initial investment.
Charlotte shared on Instagram that she hasn’t received any of the funds she originally invested in her business.
Although the clothing brand has gained a strong following of over 256,000 people on social media, that popularity hasn’t yet led to enough sales for Charlotte to recoup her investment.
In a recent video, Charlotte openly shared that the biggest challenge with Pepper Girls Club is the significant amount of money she’s invested in it – and she emphasized that’s completely true.
I’ve invested around £300,000 into this business over the past eight years, and I haven’t seen any of that money returned.

The company owes me money, and I’m okay with that for now. I’d like to start receiving some payments back, but they aren’t in a position to do so just yet.
Many entrepreneurs have the chance to attract investors, but despite my best efforts, I’ve consistently been rejected.
I recall being at a meeting with a potential investor, and their accountant bluntly told me that my business, Pepper Girls Club, had no chance of succeeding – they said it would only happen ‘when pigs fly’.
Charlotte admitted she’d made a ‘big business mistake’ by ‘spending too much money on photoshoots’.
She revealed that a summer collection shoot in Ibiza saw her splash ‘about 20 grand [£20,000]’.
The winner of Celebrity Big Brother made a decisive break from her long-term management team, switching to a new company as she aims to move away from reality television and build a career as a social media influencer focused on motherhood.
Switching to InterTalent, the agency that also represents influencers like Jaqueline Jossa, Jess Wright, and Kelly Brook, seems to be part of her efforts to reshape her public image.
As part of really owning my identity and future, I made a big change – I updated my Instagram handle! You might know me as CharlotteGShore, but now you’ll find me as TheCharlotteCrosby. It felt like the right step to build a personal brand that truly reflects who I am now.
‘This truly is the end of an era,’ she told her followers.
‘CharlotteGShore has been my identity for the past 15 years, since I was 20 years old.
Honestly, since turning thirty and having a child, I’ve started to feel less connected to the idea of being a ‘mom’.
‘I’m not that young girl from Geordie Shore any more and I haven’t been for a long time.’
