Comedian Eddie Kadi arrived at Brisbane Airport today, preparing to enter the ‘I’m A Celebrity’ jungle when the show begins on November 16th.
Former Strictly Come Dancing contestant, 42, was spotted in Australia wearing a patterned tracksuit. When asked about his trip, he surprisingly told the Daily Mail he was searching for Mowgli.
I’m really excited because I heard my friends Mowgli, Timon, and Pumbaa are nearby! I’ve been meaning to find them – it feels like ages since we last hung out, and I can’t wait to catch up.
When asked if he would miss his daughter, two, the BBC Radio presenter said: ‘Oh gosh, absolutely.
I’m going to miss my daughter so much. I’ve been making short videos for her during her trip because she’s never been this far from home before.
Eddie has been keeping busy on television, including competing on Strictly Come Dancing with Karen Hauer in 2023 and filming for Celebrity Apprentice.
Earlier this year, Eddie started the ‘Man Like You’ podcast with Mo Gilligan, a TV personality who appeared on the show in 2022.
I was so excited to see Eddie finally make it to Australia! He joined the group a little later – Ruby Wax, AngryGinge, Aitch, Lisa Riley, Kelly Brook, and Shona McGarty had all arrived before him. It was great to see everyone gathering!
Still to arrive are Lioness Alex Scott, Martin Kemp and Ozzy Osbourne’s son, Jack.
The popular survival show, I’m A Celebrity, hosted by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, returns to television this Sunday.
The show is consistently popular because of the well-known celebrities who challenge themselves in the Australian jungle of Dungay, New South Wales each year.

Every year, two new contestants arrive at camp a week after the initial group of ten celebrities. They usually have to finish a separate challenge before officially becoming part of the main team.
