Emily Ratajkowski took her new romance public on Sunday night with some steamy PDA.
Model, actress, and writer Natasha Lyonne, age 34, was seen showing affection with filmmaker Romain Gavras in New York City, where they were holding hands and kissing.
Emily was photographed kissing the 44-year-old French director, who had previously dated pop star Dua Lipa.
The romantic outing appears to be the first time the two have been pictured together.
The actress from Gone Girl kept it stylishly relaxed during a night out in New York City, wearing a brown leather trench coat with fluffy sleeves.
She wore a belt around her waist over a black top and wide-legged black pants.
Emily finished her look with simple black and white Puma sneakers. She added a small dark handbag and long, dangling earrings that showed through her straight brown hair.
Romain finished his look with a navy overcoat worn over an open beige shirt and a light blue tee.
I always notice his style – he keeps his hair really short, but usually covers it with a cool black baseball cap featuring some kind of graphic. He paired that with dark blue jeans and crisp white sneakers – a classic, sporty look he often goes for.
Oh my gosh, you guys, I just saw it with my own eyes! Emily was completely lost in his gaze, just looking at this amazing, bearded director with so much… everything! And they were holding hands! Walking together at night, like it was a scene from one of his movies! It was the sweetest, most perfect thing ever, I swear!
They were very affectionate with each other, sharing many kisses along the way.
Emily gently touched Romain’s face while they kissed, his fingers intertwined with her back, leaning against some construction supports.
The two also paused near a subway entrance for more kisses.
The model, who first walked the runway at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show last month, playfully kicked one leg out as they kissed, then cheerfully jumped into Romain’s arms while laughing.
This seems to be Emily’s first new romantic relationship since she was seen showing affection with singer Shaboozey last summer.
Before that, she briefly dated Harry Styles, and they were seen kissing in Tokyo in March 2023.
She briefly dated comedian Eric André earlier that year, and they publicly confirmed their relationship by sharing a nude photo of themselves on Instagram.
In December 2022, Emily was seen kissing artist Jack Greer, who is based in New York. This came after a brief, two-month relationship with comedian Pete Davidson.
In late 2022, she was seen kissing DJ Orazio Rispo. This happened while people were speculating about a possible relationship with Brad Pitt, after they were spotted together in September of that year.
Before having a series of short-term relationships, Emily was married to film producer Sebastian Bear-McClard. He frequently worked with directors Josh and Benny Safdie, notably on their popular thriller Uncut Gems, which featured Adam Sandler.
They first connected on Valentine’s Day in 2018 and secretly got married at a courthouse on February 23rd. They later announced their relationship on social media.
They had a son, Sylvester, in March 2021, but separated in July 2022.
Following their divorce, Emily accused her ex of cheating on her.
She’s currently dating someone famous for directing hit music videos early in his career. He’s known for his work with artists like Kanye West and Jay-Z – he directed their “No Church In The Wild” video – as well as videos for M.I.A., including “Bad Girls” and “Born Free.”
He’s recently been working on feature films, most notably the highly praised French drama, Athena, released in 2022.
In September, his latest film, Sacrifice, premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival.
This film is the director’s first in the English language. It features Anya Taylor-Joy as a fanatical character who believes sacrificing three individuals is the only way to prevent global catastrophe.
Her captives include Chris Evans, known for playing a famous actor in films, and Vincent Cassel, a French actor portraying the world’s wealthiest person.
Salma Hayek plays Cassell’s wife in the film, and the cast also includes John Malkovich, Charli XCX, comedian Sam Richardson, and rapper Yung Lean.
Unlike his previous work, Romain’s latest film, Sacrifice, has sparked a lot of debate, becoming one of the most talked-about films at festivals this year.
