Jon Bon Jovi has become a grandfather again for the second time in a matter of weeks.

Just three months after Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi had a baby, Jake’s older brother, Jesse, announced the arrival of his own child.

Jon Bongiovi’s older brother and his wife, Jesse Light, had a baby girl named Blair Lucy on Monday. This is their first child together.

The couple shared the joyful news of their baby girl’s arrival on Instagram with a sweet photo of the newborn holding her mother’s finger.

The couple shared a heartwarming photo with the caption: ‘Blair Lucy Bongiovi is here! We are overjoyed to welcome our precious baby girl, Blair bear, to the world.’

The couple tied the knot in May 2024 after a 2022 engagement following four years of dating.

Rob Light’s daughter, and close friend of Miley Cyrus, is an executive producer on the new Amazon Video reality series, Forever Summer: Hamptons.

Similar to her father, Light has achieved a lot at a young age. She was educated at The Buckley School in New York City before going on to earn a bachelor’s degree from New York University.

The Bongiovi family continues to receive good news, and Brown recently offered a glimpse into her life as a new mother, sharing the first photos of her adopted daughter last month.

Millie Bobby Brown, known for her role in Stranger Things, recently shared some exciting news: she adopted a new pet. She announced the adoption on social media on August 21st, following her marriage to Jake Bongiovi last year.

The post read: ‘This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption.’

We’re thrilled to begin this new journey as parents and ask for privacy as we settle into this special time.

‘And then there were three. Love, Millie and Jake Bongiovi.’

The new parents lovingly looked at their baby daughter, and you could see her sweet face and small hand in the photo.

On July 20 Brown  dropped a hint there was a baby in their life.

Brown shared a photo on Instagram of Bongiovi pushing a stroller, with the caption ‘helluva summer thus far.’ It wasn’t immediately clear what the situation was.

They got married in May 2024 and had talked about starting a family, considering both having children and adoption, and wanting a large family.

Earlier this year she said she wanted to be a mother. 

During a conversation on the Smartless podcast with Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett, the actress shared that she’s excited about becoming a mother, even though she knows she’s still young.

She explained that her parents were very young when she was born – her mom was 21 and her dad was 19. She added that dealing with this family dynamic has always been important to her, even before she met Jake.

Ever since I was little, I’ve dreamed of being a mother, wanting to be just like my own mom. My grandmother was also incredibly important to me and played a big role in my life.

Millie explained that Jake understands how much starting a family means to her. While she’s dedicated to building her career as both an actor and a producer, she also feels it’s a very important personal goal to have children.

‘It’s a huge thing. Jake was like, we cannot do that until we get married. So that was his thing.’

Brown then added: ‘And my thing was, I really want a family. I really want a big family.

Both my partner and I come from families with four children, so we’re open to having a large family. For me personally, I don’t see a big difference between having a biological child and adopting one.

She explained that her and Jake strive to create a welcoming and loving home where everyone feels comfortable. They believe in an open-door policy and want anyone who visits to feel at ease.

She made these remarks shortly after telling Vanity Fair in February about her relationship with Bongiovi, sharing that they generally agree on important issues and are very close.

She said they had discussed their hopes for the future – everything from politics and family life to their ideal home, relationship, and careers.

This was a huge decision, and I really needed to be sure I was doing the right thing. But honestly, deep down, I knew I was. Being with him just felt… right. It always did. It was an instinctive feeling, and I trusted it completely.

Jesse Bongiovi, whose father is singer Jon Bon Jovi, began dating Cortney Brown in 2021, and they got engaged in April 2023.

The couple got married in a beautiful ceremony in Italy in May 2024. They exchanged vows at Villa Cetinale in Tuscany.
