Best Arena 10 decks

Choosing a deck for Hog Mountain can be tricky since many different card combinations are effective. To help simplify things, we’ve created three example decks, each offering a unique way to play and win.

Balloon Cycle Control Deck

Deck composition:

Similar to the last strategy, it’s best to start by playing defensively. Use Guards and Barbarian Barrel to protect yourself – they’re both effective at taking out fragile, high-damage opponents.

Once your opponent has used their key cards, launch a Hog Rider attack. Support it with a Baby Dragon or Fireball to deal with groups of defending troops if they try to counter your Hog.

To counter their attack, use the Tesla to draw their attention and keep them contained. Supplement this with Fire Spirit and Bats to eliminate their supporting troops, then return your focus to the Hog Rider.

Winning with this strategy usually isn’t about one big, powerful attack. Instead, you’ll do most of your damage with small, consistent strikes. Continuously reuse your Hog Rider whenever their defenses are destroyed or become a problem, focusing on gaining small advantages. These small gains really add up over time, particularly against slower, more expensive decks that struggle to respond quickly.

Start by placing Royal Recruits to establish your defenses, then send your Royal Hogs down whichever lane seems more vulnerable.

On top of everything else, they’re also facing a strong defense from Goblin Cage and Zappies, while a Flying Machine adds extra damage from afar.

Don’t worry about enemies using large groups – attacks like Arrows or Fireball can quickly take them out. Barbarian Barrel is also effective for dealing with ground-based attacks and maintaining your attack rhythm.

It’s best to wait until your opponent’s Fireball ability has finished its cooldown before you make your move, and then go for the win.
