Oasis fan’s outrageous act – after forking out a FORTUNE for a prime seat at the Sydney gig

Oasis started its Sydney concerts on Friday night, playing to a huge crowd of excited fans. However, one person in the audience couldn’t stay awake during the entire two-hour show.

I was really surprised to see this guy, probably in his early 40s, looking totally unimpressed during the show! It was Oasis – you know, with Noel and Liam Gallagher – and they were incredible! I just couldn’t believe someone wasn’t enjoying it.

He attended the sold-out show at Accor Stadium in western Sydney with two friends, but spent most of the time dozing in and out of sleep despite having good seats that cost over $700 each.

When he was awake, the man checked his email, identified songs using Shazam—even popular ones—and surprisingly spent time using the graphic design app Canva.

People sitting behind him were upset and shook their heads, annoyed by his obvious lack of respect for the band, who were playing in Australia for the first time in nearly thirty years.

The show has been highly praised by critics in Melbourne and Sydney. It also gained attention when a video posted on Instagram showed long lines of fans waiting to get into Accor Stadium only 45 minutes before the performance began.

Someone shared a video on the Bondi Lines account, complaining that the line was chaotic and completely stalled.

‘Few people missing out on [the] first song,’ one person responded in the comments.

‘It was crazy! And no staff around,’ another added.

Honestly, it drives me crazy when I see people blaming the fans for what happened at the concert! Like, are you kidding me? They’re saying we should have gotten there hours and hours early just to avoid the chaos? It’s not our fault the staff weren’t prepared, and it’s totally unfair to suggest it is!

‘Not that fook’n hard to understand—get there EARLIER,’ one wrote.

‘Should [have] got here earlier then like me,’ added someone else.

Fans started lining up outside Accor Stadium early Friday morning, even before dawn. The stadium doors opened at 6 p.m., and the show began at 7:30 p.m.

Some people believe the long lines in Sydney started because of the concert in Melbourne last Friday.

‘Security are probably checking for flares,’ one person commented.

Someone commented that whoever brought a flare to the very first Australian concert is the reason this is happening!

Daily Mail has reached out to Accor Stadium for comment.

Last week’s opening show at Marvel Stadium saw a thrilling performance by Britpop icons Liam and Noel Gallagher, who played to a crowd of 55,000 excited fans.

Oh my god, it was incredible! I was at the show, and during ‘Champagne Supernova’ – Champagne Supernova! – someone set off flares! It totally shocked Liam and Noel, they actually stopped for a second, it was wild! I mean, they were totally stunned, but honestly, it just made the moment even more epic. I’ll never forget it!

Oh my god, I saw the videos! It was insane. This brilliant, fiery red light just lit up the whole nosebleed section, it was breathtaking… and then someone actually threw a flare right into the crowd! I couldn’t believe my eyes, it was terrifying but also… kind of amazing? I’ve watched it like, twenty times.

It fell to the floor in the middle of the crowded, energetic crowd, glowing brightly and causing people to try and move back.

Despite the disturbance, Liam, 53, and Noel, 58, continued their performance. The younger brother, Liam, briefly mentioned the dangerous behavior after finishing his song.

He playfully scolded the person who misbehaved, wagging his finger and saying, “That wasn’t nice!” before getting back to the performance.

However, according to one attendee, Noel ‘looked worried’ about the incident.

Liam later took to X – formerly Twitter – to slam the culprit yet again.

The musician expressed extreme anger towards the person who set off a flare into the audience during last night’s Melbourne concert, stating they would face consequences for their dangerous actions.
