Roxy Jacenko surprised her followers this week with a provocative photoshoot where she covered her body in lubricant.
The 45-year-old PR expert recently told Daily Mail about the work she did to get in shape for the event.
The woman, known for her blonde hair, says she’s now 46 kilograms after starting a health and wellness plan last year. She followed a very strict routine to get ready for the photoshoot.
Roxy claims she used to drink two small, milky coffees before 11:00 AM, followed by a grapefruit and a green juice later in the day.
She skips breakfast and lunch, waiting until 6pm for dinner. If she feels hungry during the day, she’ll have a banana and two slices of toast with Vegemite.
Each evening, the mom of two enjoys a chicken and Greek salad for dinner, followed by a small packet of Mini M&M’s as a treat.
Roxy gets a little exercise most weekdays, enjoying a 45-minute brisk walk from Monday to Friday.
For the past week, she’s been visiting Reset Studio in Double Bay for contrast therapy and has also had three red light therapy sessions.
Reset Studio describes contrast therapy as a process that combines a cedar sauna, ice bath, and a shower enriched with vitamin C, all within a private room.
Red light therapy uses red light to help revitalize your body, potentially improving skin health, speeding up muscle recovery, and lessening inflammation.
All her hard work clearly showed in her latest photoshoot, which amazed her fans this week.
I was so impressed with Roxy’s look in those photos! It was all thanks to the amazing work of Max May, who did her hair and makeup. He actually shared that the key to her incredible glow was… believe it or not… a bottle of lubricant! Jess Pecoraro styled her for the shoot, and the whole team really outdid themselves.

She left the large dress open in the front, then pulled back the collar on one side to showcase her waist for the picture.
On Wednesday, Roxy posted a short video from the photoshoot on Instagram, giving her followers a behind-the-scenes look and revealing a surprising detail about how it was done.
The video featured Roxy showcasing these outfits and several others, with celebrity hair and makeup artist Max creating her stunning look.
He explained that Roxy’s radiant appearance wasn’t natural, but came from LBDO water-based lubricant, which he was observed applying generously to her body.
She seemed incredibly happy and excited while getting ready for the photoshoot, laughing as Max helped her create the perfect look.
