Tori Spelling was spotted for the first time since she finalized her divorce from Dean McDermott.

The 52-year-old actress looked serious on Wednesday while out with one of her children from her previous marriage to grab a bite to eat.

She and her eight-year-old son, Beau, were spotted having lunch at a sushi restaurant in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles.

This news follows the finalized divorce of Spelling and her former reality TV star husband, two years after they initially split up.

For her day out, Tori Spelling wore a short, black knitted sweater with dark, worn-in cargo pants.

The actress from Beverly Hills, 90210 wore checkered sneakers and yellow-tinted sunglasses.

She had cut her long blonde hair into a shorter, straight bob. She seemed relaxed as she walked into the restaurant with her youngest child.

Documents filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court show that the couple finalized the details of their separation in late October.

Court records obtained by the Daily Mail show her request for alimony and child support was approved.

Both Spelling and McDermott both checked off a box that listed their divorce as ‘uncontested.’ 

They stated they had differences they couldn’t resolve and officially separated on June 17, 2023.

Spelling initially filed for divorce in March 2024 after 18 years of marriage.

She asked the court for financial support from her former spouse and requested to be the primary caregiver for their five children.

She asked for shared legal custody, and agreed that details about McDermott’s visitation schedule would be decided later.

In addition to Beau, Spelling and McDermott share Liam, 18, Stella, 17, Hattie, 14, and Finn, 13.

McDermott also shares adult son Jack, 25, with his ex-wife Mary Jo Eustance.

Spelling recently shared that she’s still happily dating Ryan Cramer, the advertising executive she began seeing after separating from her husband, McDermott.

The couple publicly confirmed their relationship in April, after getting back together earlier in 2025.
