Predator: Badlands brings back the Yautja with a new story in the popular sci-fi series. Fans are curious to know if there are any extra scenes after the credits – whether they appear during, after, or at the very end – that might tease what’s coming next in the franchise.
Here’s all you need to learn the credits scenes in Predator: Badlands.
Does Predator: Badlands have a post, mid, or end-credits scene?
I was really hoping to stick around after the credits of Predator: Badlands to see an extra scene, but unfortunately, there isn’t one! The director, Dan Trachtenberg, decided to just end the story right there, without any hints about what might happen next. It feels like a complete and satisfying ending, even though a little tease would have been fun!
The Predator movies have sometimes included extra scenes after the credits, like in ‘Predator: Killer of Killers,’ which was the first to do so. However, the latest film, ‘Predator: Badlands,’ doesn’t follow this pattern. It doesn’t have any extra scenes or hints about what might happen in future installments.
Previously, the Predator movies used short scenes after the credits to hint at what might happen in future installments. The movie Prey concluded with an animated segment suggesting Naru’s tribe would face a threat from more Predator ships. But the recent film, Predator: Killer of Killers, went a step further, ending with a setup for a new story featuring several familiar characters – Naru, Dutch, Harrigan, and a character named Ursa – teaming up.
Unlike previous installments, the new Predator film, Badlands, doesn’t tease a sequel. It concludes without setting up what might happen next, leaving the franchise’s future uncertain. Starring Elle Fanning and Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi, the movie is scheduled for release in U.S. cinemas on November 7, 2025, and has already been well-received by critics.
Early estimates show that Predator: Badlands is expected to bring in over $25 million in North American theaters during its opening weekend, making it the second-highest opening ever for a Predator movie. Worldwide, the film is predicted to earn between $60 and $68 million, despite costing around $105 million to make. This new installment is the ninth film in the Predator series.
