How to Get Waffles During Brawl Stars Stranger Things Event

The recent Brawl Stars event, themed after Stranger Things, lets players earn waffles to unlock special Card Decks and character Skins. Many players are unsure how to get these waffles or what they’re for, so we’ve put together this guide to explain everything. Let’s get started!

How Do You Get Waffles during the Brawl Stars Stranger Things Event?

From November 6th to December 4th, 2025, Brawl Stars players will be able to earn Waffles by completing these actions:

Collect Free Waffles from the Shop
- 300 on the first day, 80 for every day afterwards
Earn wins in Upside Showdown
Earn Waffles after your second, fourth, and sixth wins every day
Purchase Waffles from the Shop with Gems
- 49 Gems for 200 Waffles
- 119 Gems for 500 Waffles
- 229 Gems for 1000 Waffles

Okay, so if you want to get Waffles in Brawl Stars, the simplest way is to hit the Shop every day and grab the free Waffle reward. Seriously, they give them away during the event! On the first day, I got 300 Waffles just for showing up, and after that, it’s 80 Waffles a day. If I log in consistently throughout the whole event, I can snag a total of 2,460 Waffles for free – it’s a sweet deal!

Another reliable way to earn rewards is by playing Upside Showdown. This mode is a rogue-lite, meaning you choose a character and try to win several matches in a row – up to five per run. You’ll get a waffle prize for each win, as long as you finish in 4th place or better.

Upside Showdown is very similar to Solo Showdown, but with one key difference: you get to pick a card that gives you a special bonus at the start. These bonuses can boost your range, health, or damage, or give you perks like faster Super charging, healing while you attack, or increased projectile speed. The best part is you can play Upside Showdown as many times as you like to keep earning Waffles!

You can also earn extra Waffles by winning games – specifically, your second, fourth, and sixth wins each day. This means you can get up to 45 Waffles daily with just six wins!

You can also buy waffles in the Shop using Gems. But, I suggest saving your Gems for things like Hypercharges, particularly when they’re on sale. Waffles are enjoyable, but spending Gems on them might not be the best use of your resources.

How do you spend your Waffles in Brawl Stars?

Okay, so once you’ve farmed up a decent pile of Waffles, hit that “Strange!” box down on the bottom left. That’s where you can buy all sorts of different packs – basically, stuff to help you out!

Stranger Pack – 80 Waffles
- 1 Card Deck
3x Stranger Pack – 200 Waffles
- 3x Card Decks (1 for each pack)
Strangest Pack – 160 Waffles
- 1 Card Deck
- 2 Extra rewards (may include Event Skins)
3x Strangest Pack – 440 Waffles
- 3x Card Decks (1 for each pack)
- 6 Extra Rewards (2 for each pack)

If you’re able, I’d suggest getting the 3x Strangest Packs. They’re the best deal and come with bonus rewards that last for the duration of the event.

Just be aware that when you buy a pack, you’ll have to wait before you can buy another. You can’t repeatedly purchase them back-to-back. It looks like the waiting time gets longer each time you buy a pack.
