What Elon Musk would look like without weight-loss drugs and rumored ‘hair transplant’

A strange image created by AI shows a dramatically altered version of Elon Musk, depicting him looking much older and unkempt.

The 54-year-old billionaire has openly discussed using the drug Mounjaro for weight loss, even playfully calling himself ‘Ozempic Santa’ during the last holiday season.

He’s never addressed the ongoing rumors about whether he’s had hair transplants, a procedure that’s become more common lately.

Despite all the talk, people haven’t stopped wondering about it, especially since his hair seems to be growing back after thinning.

The Daily Mail used a screenshot from Elon Musk’s recent Joe Rogan Experience interview and ran it through Microsoft Copilot. They asked the AI to show what Musk would look like if he hadn’t had hair transplants or used weight loss medications.

The AI platform responded with surprising eagerness, generating a distorted image that resembled Dr. Evil more than Elon Musk.

A recent interview with Joe Rogan has led a leading medical professional to express worry about Elon Musk’s well-being, suggesting he appears to be aging quickly.

The wealthy businessman appeared visibly aged, exhausted, and depleted during his recent interview on the Joe Rogan Experience, which aired last Friday.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been observing public figures for years, and I’ve noticed a real change in Donald Trump’s appearance recently. Even back in July 2024 at the Republican National Convention, he looked noticeably more refreshed than he does now. It’s something I definitely picked up on.

‘The exposure, the stress, and the controversy appear to have aged him physically and emotionally.’

Dr. Fischer, who never met with or treated Elon Musk, explained that visible signs of aging can also indicate a higher risk of serious health problems like heart attacks and strokes.

He explained that constant stress releases cortisol and adrenaline, which can damage the heart over time and increase the risk of blood clots.

Long-term stress can hinder your body’s ability to absorb nutrients, meaning vital vitamins and antioxidants aren’t utilized properly, which can lead to cellular damage.

‘Poor sleep and eating poorly when you’re stressed only make it worse.’

When you’re highly stressed, your body releases hormones that can damage collagen. Collagen is a protein vital for keeping skin firm, flexible, and smooth.

This can lead to skin becoming dull, saggy and loose, dark circles appear and wrinkles form faster.

Being stressed out also makes it more difficult to sleep, compounding the effects.

It also takes a toll on the brain.

When stress hormones like cortisol stay high for too long and you’re constantly tired, it can actually shrink the hippocampus – the brain area vital for memory. This also weakens connections between brain cells, making it difficult to concentrate, remember things, and manage your feelings.

Constantly struggling to focus can eventually make a person seem tired, forgetful, and less mentally alert, contributing to the perception that they are unwell.

Musk didn’t appear tired during his three-hour podcast with Rogan, but his usual hesitant pauses were more noticeable than usual.

Dr. Fischer believes the man wasn’t prepared for the intense pressure of being involved in international politics recently. He thinks the stress was simply too much for him.

Local politics can be challenging, but the strong disagreements we see on national and global issues are on a whole other level.

Those who once admired him are now very hurt and disappointed, which is emotionally exhausting for everyone involved, especially since he also has the demands of his businesses to manage.

Elon Musk was once praised by liberals for his work with clean energy and identified as a Democrat, even voting for Joe Biden in 2020.

After buying Twitter in 2022 and changing its name to ‘X’, his political views changed significantly.

By the middle of 2024, he was posting much more about conservative issues online, and by the beginning of 2025, he had become an established figure within the Republican government.

Elon Musk, nicknamed ‘First Buddy,’ will head the newly created Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). This initiative, which aims to significantly reduce the size of federal agencies, has already sparked controversy.
