The property next door has a rule against big parties or gatherings, put in place to help keep the neighborhood peaceful and respectful.
This proposal goes against our current agreement and could lead to disagreements, complaints, and potentially legal issues.
The group also stated that the proposal seems designed to benefit the owner while ignoring the negative consequences for nearby residents.
