Leonardo DiCaprio was recently seen leaving Nobu restaurant without his usual attempt to go incognito. He was with his girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti, and his friend, Tobey Maguire.
As a lifestyle observer, I’ve noticed this actor – he’s 50 and pretty famous for avoiding the paparazzi – and let me tell you, he usually goes to great lengths to stay hidden, with hats, masks, and sunglasses being his go-to. But on Saturday night, leaving a popular celebrity hangout, he seemed surprisingly at ease – a real departure from his usual behavior!
The Academy Award winner dressed down for the event, wearing a simple beige hoodie and a Los Angeles Dodgers cap to celebrate the team winning their third World Series in six years.
But his confidence didn’t last long.
Let me tell you, I heard from someone who was there that the celebrity actually tried to duck out of sight when things got a little too crowded. They apparently asked one of the security guards at Nobu for help, hoping to avoid the attention of everyone who was waiting around.
While waiting for his car, DiCaprio quickly answered a phone call and then rejoined his conversation with Ceretti, 27, and Maguire, 50.

I’m already convinced Leonardo DiCaprio is going to be a major contender for an Oscar! Everyone’s talking about his performance in the upcoming film, One Battle After Another, and it sounds incredible. I have a feeling he’s a shoo-in for a nomination.
Last June, Leo faced online criticism after people noticed him seemingly trying to avoid cameras at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding in Italy. He was seen wearing a hat pulled low over his face, covering his eyes and nose, which led to jokes and mockery.
He did something comparable at the dinner party for the newlyweds, being seen leaving the fancy Laperouse restaurant in Paris by photographers.
Leo, wearing all black, tried to go unnoticed. He used a black baseball cap and an N95 mask, pulling the cap low to shield his face.
Fans were surprised to see the actor, who is known for his environmental work and activism, at the Bezos wedding.
Pictures of him riding a water taxi in a strange outfit—a baseball cap with a tuxedo—spread rapidly online, and fans playfully criticized his unusual wedding attire.
Someone commented, questioning if Leonardo DiCaprio was trying to hide, seemingly embarrassed to be seen in that location. They also criticized him, calling him a ‘sellout’ and challenging his claims of being a climate activist.
‘Leonardo DiCaprio we can still see you…,’ another added.

A fan criticized the actor, pointing out that he gives good advice but doesn’t seem to take it himself, suggesting there’s a name for that kind of behavior.
Despite the criticism, many social media users defended DiCaprio, offering explanations for his unusual fashion sense.
One fan guessed that he usually dresses that way to avoid being noticed or bothered by people, saying they’d probably do the same if they were famous. However, they also added that it was still unpleasant to see him there regardless.
You know, I’ve been noticing a really cool trend with this artist’s personal style. It’s become their thing to always pair their outfits with a relaxed, low-sitting hat and a face mask – it’s their go-to accessory when they’re not on stage, and honestly, it’s a really effortless and cool look!
Even though he tries, the actor known for his role in ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ usually stands out instead of blending in.

He’s attempted to go to Coachella anonymously several times, but people always recognize him despite his attempts to disguise himself with things like sunglasses and a hoodie.
Last year, DiCaprio told the Observer he wasn’t worried about the media’s focus on his private life.
When it comes to my personal story, it’s actually quite straightforward. I started working in this business when I was very young, and I felt a strong pull to do it. It’s funny, because I grew up right here in Hollywood. People assume it was easy for me, that success just happened naturally, but I actually tried out for acting roles many times and faced a lot of rejection.
He explained that when he was 12 or 13, an agent finally gave him an opportunity. He described it as incredibly lucky, like winning the lottery, and said he would have been content with any acting work, even commercials or TV roles.
Leo went on to explain that becoming well-known comes with downsides. He noted the loss of privacy, but also pointed out that many people face much more difficult challenges, and that losing some privacy is simply one of the consequences.
