Cat Burns, known for appearing on The Celebrity Traitors, has shared some tough news with her fans. She’s decided to postpone her ‘How To Be Human’ tour, and explained on Instagram on October 31st that this album and the tour itself are very important to her.
We’re so excited to finally share ‘How To Be Human’ with you! Preparing for this has been a huge undertaking, and honestly, more challenging than we anticipated. Because of this, my team and I have made the tough call to postpone the ‘How To Be Human’ Tour until April 2026.
Burns announced she’s delaying her tour to focus on her health. She explained that touring is very challenging both mentally and physically, and she wants to be at her best for her fans. She wants to be in a good place so she can deliver a fantastic show that makes the wait worthwhile.

Before sharing her news, Cat was scheduled to begin her How To Be Human Tour on November 10th at the O2 Academy in Glasgow. The tour would have continued with shows in Manchester, Brighton, Wolverhampton, Newcastle, Bournemouth, Bristol, and Brixton.
Because her tour was delayed by five months, Burns has added a new concert in Birmingham. Fans who had tickets for Wolverhampton will receive refunds, as that show couldn’t be moved to a new date.
Since announcing she was putting her tour on hold, the popular reality TV star has stayed active on social media. She’s been sharing her thoughts on the latest episodes of The Celebrity Traitors and giving fans a sneak peek at new music from her album.
