G2 Esports unveils webtoon celebrating ten years of history

Fans can now enjoy a new webtoon that tells the story of G2 Esports‘ amazing ten-year history.

G2 Esports recently launched a webtoon called “Red Aura” to commemorate their ten-year anniversary and highlight their history. While it’s currently only accessible in Japan, G2 has announced plans to release it in other countries shortly.

Red Aura

I always thought the name ‘G2 Aura’ made perfect sense! Red is such a big part of their branding, and ‘aura’ really captures the incredible reputation and fanbase they’ve built over time. It’s awesome to see G2 recognizing its past by creating a webtoon – a really cool way to celebrate everything they’ve accomplished.

The protagonist lost his childhood, forced to train relentlessly to match his father’s strength. Despite his dedication, he couldn’t surpass his father, who eventually left him. This is all that’s been revealed so far in a short preview from G2 Japan on X, so we’ll need to wait for the complete version to learn more.

Right now, this webtoon is only available in Japan, according to the official Manga Line page. However, G2 Japan has announced plans to release it in other countries soon.
