Gemma Collins transforms into Wicked’s Glinda for Halloween as she continues to display impressive three stone weight loss

Gemma Collins dressed up as Glinda the Good Witch from the musical ‘Wicked’ for Halloween, showcasing her recent three-stone weight loss.

The 44-year-old former star of the reality show TOWIE celebrated Halloween by dressing up as a version of the Good Witch, joining other celebrities who went all out for the holiday.

Gemma, now wearing a size 20 after previously wearing a size 26, dressed up as Glinda in a sparkling purple gown with a fitted bodice.

I absolutely loved her outfit! It had these gorgeous off-the-shoulder sleeves and a really full, dramatic skirt. And the accessories? Perfect! She completed the look with Glinda’s signature silver crown and wand – such a magical touch!

Gemma shared a quick video of her Halloween makeup being applied, explaining, “We’re creating a look for Halloween today.”

I’m aware the movie premiere is happening in London, but I decided to dress up as Glinda for Halloween. We had planned to do Elphaba too, but I can’t remember why we didn’t. I think it was just because it would have required a lot of green paint, and I’m already really busy with commitments over the next three hours.

‘So yeah we’re having fun today behind the scenes and I cant wait for you to see the final look.’

The reality star shared that she lost weight in just three months by using the drug Mounjaro.

Just this month, Gemma shared an update saying she’s lost another stone and four pounds and is feeling great.

Gemma admitted she has been exercising more but is trying not to put too much pressure on herself. 

She told OK! magazine that she’s lost another stone and four pounds and is feeling great.

She emphasized the importance of self-love and self-compassion, explaining that it’s about consistently making good choices and being present in the moment.

I try not to stress about it. It took time to gain weight, and it won’t come off instantly either.

Gemma shared that using weight loss injections, which helped her lose three stone, unfortunately caused her severe and painful health problems.

The TV star, featured in a new Paddy Power gaming ad alongside Coleen Rooney and Danny Dyer, revealed to the Daily Mail that she suffered a gallbladder attack in August and continues to take medication for it months later.

Gallstones are tiny, hard deposits that can develop in the gallbladder. If these cause discomfort, the National Health Service says some individuals may require surgery to remove the gallbladder.

Gemma recently told the Daily Mail that she had a mild gallbladder issue. She’s not certain if it’s related to something she was trying, though doctors have suggested a possible connection, so she’s taking a break from it for now.

We were about to leave for a trip to celebrate Rami’s 50th birthday, but I was in terrible pain. I’d surprised him with a Ferrari driving experience for his birthday, and we were scheduled to fly out the next day.

I collapsed to the floor while he was running around the track. I immediately felt a sharp pain and realized I’d probably need to go to the emergency room.

I spoke with my doctor, and he offered to come to my home and examine me. The examination revealed I had gallstones.

I’m still not entirely sure about gallstones. It seems like many people can develop them, and they can cause problems unexpectedly.

I was in terrible pain, but the medication I’m currently taking is really helping. It was so agonizing at the time that I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to travel to Cyprus.

The doctors were really helpful, and I’m now getting pain relief, so we’ll just have to wait and see how things progress.
