She’s the AFL WAG who is equally at home in the Birdcage as she is on social media.
Bec Judd, a familiar face at the Melbourne Cup Carnival, admitted she was surprisingly nervous before attending Derby Day at Flemington Racecourse on Saturday.
Bec shared a photo on Instagram of herself during a photoshoot. She’s working as an ambassador for Crown Melbourne and promoting events for the Melbourne Cup Carnival.
She looked absolutely stunning in a custom sleeveless black gown from Melbourne label J’Aton.
The dress fit Bec beautifully, accentuating her slim figure. It also had a high slit that revealed her long, toned legs.
Bec smiled for the cameras, sporting a wide-brimmed hat and statement gold earrings, while a horse stood close behind her.

The photo was a great way to start Derby Day, but Bec revealed in her caption that she had some concerns about her fellow cast member and the demanding photoshoot.
Okay, so I’ll be honest, racehorses make me a little nervous – I’ve had some unsettling encounters with them before. This whole experience was definitely a bit much for me, to say the least!
Let me tell you, when you’re working with animals, especially horses, things can get a little unpredictable! I actually found myself asking for a little divine intervention during one photoshoot – I really needed my equine model to stay calm and relaxed, and honestly, a little extra help from above never hurts!
She said she desperately hoped for a peaceful ride and tried to appear relaxed, hoping her horse wouldn’t pick up on any anxiety she was feeling.
‘Lucky I’m a good actor.’
Bec confessed she enjoys watching horse races, even though she’s surprisingly afraid of horses themselves. She shared these thoughts with the Herald Sun while recalling fond memories of past Melbourne Cup events.
‘I have always loved attending the races,’ she told the publication.
Bec reminisced about her first Melbourne Cup Carnival with her husband, Chris, saying it was so long ago that he even had hair and a goatee. They’ve been married for 14 years.

Bec looked absolutely stunning as she arrived for the first event in the iconic carnival.
She wore a classic white off-the-shoulder gown, also from Melbourne label J’Aton.
The eye-catching dress featured intricate lace work as well as a ribbed bodice.
Bec added a touch of drama to her look with a matching wide-brimmed hat and gloves.
She completed her look with long white gloves, matching Lana Wilkinson heels, and a Bulgari designer shoulder bag.
The $4,200 handbag was the perfect finishing touch to Bec’s outfit for the races, and its unique snake-shaped clasp really stood out.
Bec chose a makeup style with a sun-kissed glow, keeping it looking natural. She wore her brown hair loose and flowing.
It comes after Bec made a bombshell admission about her seemingly glamorous social media life.

Bec recently shared on the Life With Danni Duncan podcast that what people present on social media isn’t always real life. She explained she doesn’t bother getting dressed up just for the sake of it, and that things like spray tans, teeth whitening, and false eyelashes are all part of a curated image, not her everyday routine.
‘It makes me look good, but would I do that every day? Hell no!’
Bec admitted that the polished photos she posts on Instagram aren’t always representative of her everyday life. She suggests checking out her 24-Hour Stories for a more realistic glimpse into her daily routine.
‘It is not my real life… if you want to know what my real life is, go into my stories,’ Bec said.
‘Eighty per cent of the time when I do the school drop-off, I am in pyjamas and Ugg boots.
‘I’m probably vain 10 – 20 per cent of the time, usually when I am at a work event,’ she finished.
