Hollywood’s most shocking Ozempic transformations revealed as Tori, Meghan and Amy flaunt their new figures

Hollywood stars have found weight loss drugs to be a big relief.

In the entertainment industry, maintaining a slim physique is often crucial for landing roles and appearing on stage. Recently, drugs like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro have become popular for helping people achieve weight loss.

It feels like every month, another celebrity shares that they’ve been using weight loss medication to get in shape.

Amy Schumer and Serena Williams have both been sharing details about their wellness journeys recently, openly discussing their diets and exercise as they’ve gotten back in shape.

Celebrities like Kelly Clarkson, Rebel Wilson, and Tori Spelling have strongly suggested they’ve used medical assistance to lose weight.

Approximately six percent of US adults are currently using GLP-1 drugs, according to a KFF poll.

Here is a look at the stars who have made the most eye-popping transformations.

AMY SCHUMER, 44

Amy Schumer has lost around 40 pounds using Mounjaro, a weight loss medication that works much like Ozempic.

Fans were thrilled with how youthful she looked when she wore a red dress to the premiere of Kim Kardashian’s ‘All’s Fair’ in New York City on Tuesday, with many commenting that she appeared to be in her twenties.

The actress from Trainwreck has publicly discussed her weight loss. She shared on social media in March that she’s had a good experience using the medication Mounjaro.

The mother said she really likes the brand and that it has been more effective for her than Wegovy.

She revealed she tried Ozempic in June 2023, but she stopped using it because she experienced unpleasant side effects. ‘I felt really sick,’ she explained.

Senator Schumer has stated that it’s well-known in Hollywood that the drug Ozempic is widely used for weight loss, and that many celebrities aren’t truthful about how they’ve lost weight.

She playfully responded to comments about eating less, saying, ‘Don’t even start. You’re probably using Ozempic or something similar.’

GOLNESA ‘GG’ GHARACHEDAGHI, 43

GG of Shahs Of Sunset fame lost weight in 2023 when she started taking Ozempic.

The reality TV siren went from 138lbs to 110lbs, which she felt like was too low.

Two years ago, she reported starting semaglutide and weighing 138 pounds. She’s now down to around 110 pounds, which is a bit more weight loss than she expected.

I’ve decided to only weigh myself on the days I get my injections, just to keep track of my progress. When I weighed myself on April 30th and saw 111 pounds, I realized I needed to start reducing my intake.

The brunette said she was ‘enjoying the way I look. ‘

And then she encouraged her fans who were having a hard time losing weight to try it.

Gharachedaghi also mentioned she hadn’t had any negative reactions. She explained that rapid weight loss can sometimes cause skin to sag, but that hadn’t happened to her face, as you can see.

SERENA WILLIAMS, 44

In August tennis legend Serena Williams shared the secret behind her dramatic body transformation.

The 43-year-old revealed that she had shed 31lbs over the course of the past year.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion revealed she’s been using the weight loss drug Zepbound, which is a type of GLP-1 medication, to help her.

GLP-1 is a hormone your body makes to help control blood sugar and how hungry you feel. It’s the active ingredient in popular weight loss drugs like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound.

I was really surprised to hear Venus Williams talk about her recent use of HCG, especially since just a few weeks before, she’d been posting photos of her incredibly toned body after workouts. Those pictures immediately got everyone wondering if she’d been using something like Ozempic to get those results, and now we know it was something else entirely.

KELLY CLARKSON, 43

Kelly Clarkson has been losing weight with the help of medication, but she’s choosing to keep the specific drug she’s using private. It’s not Ozempic.

In an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show in May 2024, she clarified that she hadn’t used Ozempic, despite what many people believe. She explained that she’s using a different medication to help her body process sugar, as it’s not doing so naturally.

The Stronger singer said she decided to start the medication after her bloodwork became concerning.

For nearly two years, her doctor had been urging her to start medication, but she was hesitant at first because of a history of thyroid issues.

In an interview with People magazine earlier this year, she revealed that she lost weight by improving her diet and exercising regularly. She explained that she focuses on eating a variety of healthy foods.

She’s been concerned about her weight for quite a while. As she explained to Redbook in 2015, she doesn’t have a naturally fast metabolism like some people.

REBEL WILSON, 45

Rebel Wilson lost 80lbs.

While promoting her memoir, Rebel Rising, the Australian actress revealed she’s been using the medication Ozempic, in addition to improving her diet and fitness routine.

The actress revealed earlier this year that she’s reached her weight goal of 165 pounds, after previously weighing over 200 pounds.

In an interview with The Sunday Times, she explained that people with a strong sweet tooth, like herself, might benefit from certain medications, suggesting they could help curb cravings.

Wilson mentioned she recently gained 20 pounds because of stress, but she’s working on eating healthier again.

MEGHAN TRAINOR, 31

Meghan Trainor has been open about her dramatic weight loss after the birth of her second child.

In a March 2025 Instagram post, the singer behind the hit song “All About That Bass” revealed that she credits the drug Mounjaro for helping her achieve her recent weight loss.

She shared that she’s been working hard to get healthy and strong, both for her own well-being and to be a good role model for her children.

After having my second baby, I focused on getting back to feeling my best. I worked with a nutritionist, completely changed my habits, and started training with a fitness professional. I also used medication, specifically Mounjaro, along with professional guidance, and I’m really happy with the results – I feel fantastic!

Meghan Trainor shared on her podcast, Workin’ On It, that she started using Mounjaro after her doctors suggested it.

She mentioned that many of her friends, and even some doctors she knew, were using medications like Mounjaro and Ozempic.

OPRAH WINFREY, 71

Oprah Winfrey has admitted to using ‘weight loss medication.’

The former talk show host, who used to be over 200lbs, is now hovering around 160lbs.

In December, Oprah Winfrey revealed she had been using medication to help with weight loss, after stepping down from her role as an ambassador for WeightWatchers.

She recently told People magazine that having a doctor-approved medication for weight management feels incredibly liberating. She described it as a welcome relief, a second chance, and a true gift, and she’s determined to no longer feel ashamed or be criticized for it. She’s finished with the negativity and judgment.

TORI SPELLING, 52

Tori Spelling shed a lot of weight after she welcomed her last child, son Beau, in 2017.

The actress known for Beverly Hills, 90210 revealed on her podcast that she used injections to lose weight.

The Tori & Dean: Inn Love reality TV star was prescribed Mounjaro.

The actress, who has blonde hair, weighed 160 pounds during her fifth pregnancy. She struggled to lose the weight after giving birth.

Spelling said her normal weight hovers are 120lbs.

She mentioned she’s no longer using the weight loss injections, but they did help her lose weight. She stopped taking them around January 2024 and had also tried Ozempic, though it wasn’t a good fit for her.

SHARON OSBOURNE, 73

Sharon Osbourne has been open about using Ozempic.

The former reality TV star said she lost 42lbs thanks to the medication.

She recently told The Daily Mail that she started using Ozempic last December. While it helped her lose a significant amount of weight – 42 pounds, or about three stone – she now feels it went too far. She currently weighs just over seven stone and is trying to gain ten pounds, but struggles to do so no matter how much she eats.

Honestly, seeing Sharon at Ozzy’s funeral back in July just broke my heart. She looked so incredibly fragile, it was really worrying. As a huge fan of both of them, I’ve been constantly checking to make sure she’s okay – she just didn’t seem herself, and it was really tough to watch.

She’s tried many ways to lose weight over the years, including getting a gastric band fitted.

KATHY BATES, 77

Kathy Bates has gotten so thin that she is barely recognizable.

The Matlock actress first shed 80lbs thanks to changing her diet and exercising more often.

After receiving a type 2 diabetes diagnosis in 2017, Bates began making healthier choices. By 2019, she had lost 60 pounds and told Us Weekly that it was a gradual process. She emphasized the importance of patience and preferred to speak of ‘determination’ rather than ‘willpower’.

When the star wanted to lose 20lbs more but couldn’t she turned to Ozempic.

In a 2024 interview with People, Bates emphasized that her weight loss wasn’t easy. She explained it took a lot of hard work, particularly during the pandemic, and that learning to stop was a real challenge.

In a recent interview with People, the actress explained that losing weight has significantly improved her experience on set. She shared that being healthier allows her to move more freely, breathe easier, enjoy her work, and avoid soreness.
