Massive English rock star goes incognito while heading to dinner in Melbourne – ahead of sold-out Australian reunion tour

Noel Gallagher, the former frontman of Oasis, was seen quietly enjoying dinner with his son in Melbourne on Wednesday night. He’s in town preparing for a highly awaited and sold-out reunion concert.

Staying true to his style, the rock icon kept it relaxed and casual with a black jacket, pants, sneakers, and his trademark sunglasses.

Even though he didn’t try to stand out, the former Oasis guitarist still had a natural rock star appeal.

The man from Manchester seemed at ease as he walked around town, spending time with his son and playfully keeping his fans wondering what he was up to.

He’s arriving just before a highly anticipated reunion concert that’s drawing fans from all over Australia.

Even dressed down, the musician’s star power was obvious – it was clear one of Britpop’s most famous figures had arrived, showing that Noel doesn’t need to try hard to grab everyone’s attention.

His brother, Liam Gallagher, didn’t accompany him. Liam had been spotted arriving in Australia earlier in the week on a private jet, without Noel.

Liam tried to avoid attention as he got off the plane after a late-night flight, wearing a yellow bucket hat and sunglasses.

The English singer wore a dark jumper and was escorted to an awaiting car by airport staff.

I’m so excited! Oasis are finally coming to Australia, and I’ve got tickets to see them at Marvel Stadium! They’re kicking things off on Friday, October 31st, and thankfully, they’re playing again on Saturday and Tuesday too, so there are plenty of chances to see them perform all their hits.

Next week, on November 7th and 8th, they’ll be performing at Accor Stadium in Sydney on both Friday and Saturday.

It will be the first time the band has toured the country since 2005.

The band is incredibly popular in Australia. They’ve had two albums reach number one on the ARIA charts, and their song “Wonderwall” was a chart-topper in 1996.

The band revealed last year they were getting back together for the first time since 2009, after Noel and Liam resolved a years-long disagreement.

When I heard the news, it was absolute chaos! Everyone, and I mean everyone, was desperately trying to get tickets. It was a total free-for-all, a complete scramble, because nobody was going to miss seeing them live – not after all this time! I was right there with them, hitting refresh like my life depended on it, because honestly, for me, it kind of did.

Oasis fans were deeply disappointed when tickets for their 17-date UK reunion tour sold out incredibly quickly online, leaving many unable to purchase them.

Approximately 14 million fans waited in line for up to eight hours trying to buy tickets to see the band perform live, but many were ultimately unsuccessful.

Although some fans were able to get tickets at regular prices, many others had to pay a lot more – sometimes almost double the original cost – because ticket prices increased rapidly due to high demand.

The band rose to fame in the 1990s, but after years of success and numerous disagreements, a fight backstage in Paris led to their breakup in 2009, leaving fans heartbroken.

Noel declared he was done working with Liam, famously calling him an oddity – ‘a fork in a world of soup’ – and that comment sparked a long-lasting disagreement between them.

For the past fourteen years, the brothers have been locked in a public and hostile dispute, exchanging harsh words through interviews and on social media.

According to PJ Harrison’s book, In The Fall And Rise Of Oasis, sources say that despite their disagreements, the brothers still care deeply for each other.
