Arnold Schwarzenegger makes shock Trump U-turn as he accuses Democrats of quietly rigging elections

Although Arnold Schwarzenegger and Donald Trump haven’t always been close, Schwarzenegger recently defended the President during a CNN interview on Monday.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, 78, recently discussed gerrymandering with CNN’s Jake Tapper. He’s been a longtime advocate for addressing this issue.

As someone who’s observed politics for years, I recently heard a question posed to Arnold Schwarzenegger – you know, the former California governor – about whether he believed Republicans were involved in redrawing district lines to benefit their party. It’s a common tactic, and people were curious to get his take on it.

Tapper seemed to hold President Trump primarily responsible, explaining that the situation began with redistricting in Texas, which Trump encouraged Republican states to manipulate for political gain.

Tapper explained that the current actions are intended to make it harder for Democrats to win back the House of Representatives in the upcoming midterm elections.

Tapper pressed further, asking Schwarzenegger if he thought the Republican Party was behind the issue. Schwarzenegger simply replied, ‘No.’

The star, originally from Austria, noted that Democrats had successfully manipulated district lines in two states to their advantage.

Schwarzenegger pointed out that extreme gerrymandering is happening in states like Massachusetts, where despite around 40% of voters supporting Trump, the state has no representatives who align with that view.

Schwarzenegger pointed out that the Republican Party currently has no members in the House of Representatives, calling it something to consider.

The well-known action movie star also stated that the Democratic Party’s attempts to manipulate district boundaries in the Southwest had been successful.

Arnold Schwarzenegger pointed out that despite 45% of New Mexico voters supporting Trump and the Republican party, the state has no Republican representatives in the House of Representatives.

As a big fan of the actor from FUBAR, I heard him say it was obvious that both sides were doing something they shouldn’t, and he really stressed that it needed to stop immediately. It felt like a pretty direct message, and I agree with him!

Okay, so Schwarzenegger was telling everyone about this insane gerrymandering happening everywhere, and honestly, it was infuriating! But the best part? He and his team actually stopped it in California! I mean, can you believe it? He really fought for fair districts, and they won! It’s amazing, seriously. He’s a hero for doing that.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, speaking with Jake Tapper, explained that the problem isn’t really about Democrats versus Republicans. He believes blaming each other isn’t a productive approach.

Speaking from what appeared to be Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, the actor known for ‘True Lies’ suggested a new approach to elections. He believes candidates should be judged on their actual performance rather than political affiliation, stating that ‘performance’ should be the deciding factor.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, after attending Oktoberfest in Munich last month, shared his thoughts on political trends when discussing concerns about the upcoming midterm elections with Tapper.

As a lifestyle expert who follows politics, I’ve noticed a pretty consistent pattern with midterm elections. Historically, the party not currently holding the presidency tends to gain a significant number of seats – we’re usually looking at around 20 to 30. It’s just something I’ve observed over the years.

Last month, Schwarzenegger argued that redrawing California’s voting districts – following similar actions by Trump in Texas aimed at creating more favorable districts before next year’s elections – would weaken voters’ influence.

It’s ridiculous,” Schwarzenegger stated. “I don’t understand why, in order to oppose Trump, we would start acting like him. Fighting bad with bad doesn’t solve anything.
