Pictures of David Harbour’s New York City apartment are circulating online again, following the release of a revealing song by Lily Allen that details events which took place there.
As a huge Lily fan, I was completely floored by her new album, West End Girl. He also expressed his fondness for the apartment, describing a spot on the kitchen counter where he likes to sit, saying it makes him feel powerful, like a lion overlooking its territory. He also noted that the apartment has a romantic atmosphere.
Although it hasn’t been officially proven, the apartment is believed to be the one Lily references in her song. What is known is that David continued to own the apartment throughout his marriage to the singer.
During their marriage, Lily and David mainly lived together with Lily’s two daughters in an $8 million Brooklyn townhouse. However, in February 2024, Lily posted a photo on Instagram showing her in David’s apartment.
After finalizing their divorce in December, the ex-couple are now selling their New York townhouse for a staggering $8 million.
The former couple is expected to earn a significant profit from the sale of their Brooklyn property, which they bought for $3.3 million (£2.5 million) in 2020.
The US Sun reports that Lily and David just listed their home for sale on Sunday, only two days after Lily released her new, highly anticipated album.
Records show Lily and David bought the property together, using separate trusts, and have invested significantly in renovations.
