Kate Cassidy recently shared a TikTok video detailing all the cosmetic procedures she’s had, revealing the full list to her followers on Friday.

Liam Payne’s ex-girlfriend, 26, looked stunning while openly discussing the cosmetic procedures she’s had.

Okay, so I have to talk about this. Kate just revealed she wants to address all the rumors about how she looks, you know, everything people assume about her appearance. It’s like, she’s finally setting the record straight about what’s real and what’s… not her! I’m so excited she’s doing this, it’s been driving me crazy seeing all the speculation!

I’m mentioning this because I strongly dislike dishonesty, especially when people misrepresent things they’ve had done. Recently, I was asked at a restaurant why I didn’t look like my driver’s license photo, and it brought this issue to mind.

‘Honestly, I really haven’t had that much done, I don’t think it’s that much but also, who cares.

I’d had quite a bit of work done, most noticeably my nose. I’d also had lip, cheek, and chin fillers, plus Botox on my forehead and around my eyes to smooth out crow’s feet.

I’ve only had one cosmetic procedure so far: breast augmentation. I had 400cc implants placed over the muscle, as I needed a moderate profile to start with.

I had all my facial fillers removed before I had a nose job, which I got around two years ago.

She captioned her post: ‘always open to post more before pics too!!’ 

It comes as it was revealed that Kate is open to dating again a year after boyfriend Liam’s death. 

Kate has previously spoken about her depression following the death of a 31-year-old pop singer – a former member of the band One Direction – who died after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on October 16, 2024.

A toxicology report later showed the presence of alcohol, cocaine, and a prescription antidepressant in his system.

A friend of Kate’s recently shared with the Daily Mail that she’s feeling ready to start a new chapter, after a difficult period where she struggled to find happiness.

According to the source, she’s ignoring rumors and news about Liam’s death, even claims from his friends that she’s causing distress to his family.
