Kim Kardashian expects to become a lawyer in two weeks’ time.
During an appearance on the Graham Norton show this week, the 45-year-old actress and entrepreneur shared that she’s finishing her law degree and plans to start practicing law in just two weeks.
She’s waiting to hear back from the bar exam, and she’s optimistic she’ll soon achieve her dream of becoming a lawyer.
Kim Kardashian, who rose to fame on reality TV and built a successful business empire, recently shared her future aspirations. She said she might leave the entertainment world in about ten years to pursue a career as a lawyer, explaining that it’s her true passion.
The actress traveled to London with her All’s Fair co-star, Sarah Paulson, to help promote their Disney+ show.
Kim completed a six-year law apprenticeship—a route that let her become a lawyer without going to law school—on May 21, 2025.

For her appearance on the show Kim accented her famous curves in a nude-toned latex mini dress.
In December 2021, she successfully passed the First Year Law Students’ Examination – often called the ‘baby bar’ – which was a significant step toward her goal of becoming a lawyer. It took her four attempts to pass this exam.
She then took on the challenging California bar exam, known as one of the most difficult in the country, with a very low success rate.
According to TMZ, Kim completed a comprehensive two-day exam in July that included 200 multiple-choice questions, five essays, and a 90-minute practical test.
She’ll learn her results on November 7th, two days before the public announcement on November 9th at 6pm Pacific Time.
Kim Kardashian is taking after her late father, Robert Kardashian, by studying to become a lawyer.
Her dad was a revered defense attorney, most notably for O.J. Simpson during his 1995 murder trial.
Robert died in July 2003 from esophageal cancer at age 59.

During her appearance on the Graham Norton show, Kim discussed landing her first major acting part as Allura Grant in the new Disney+ series.
All’s Fair centers on a group of successful female lawyers who decide to launch their own firm. Meanwhile, Allura is determined to get revenge on her husband, who she believes married her only for her money.
The series features well-known actors like Brooke Shields, Elizabeth Berkley, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Judith Light, all playing the roles of the lawyers’ clients.
Oh my gosh, Kim is just so dedicated! She told me she really felt the pressure working with such an amazing cast, and she wanted to be totally ready. She said the only things she could really focus on were memorizing every single line, always being on time, and just being as professional as humanly possible. It’s honestly so inspiring to hear how much effort she puts in!
‘These women are the greatest at what they do, and I just watched and learned every day.’
She said it was a real honor and she thoroughly enjoyed herself. She described working with the women as a fun, carefree experience, like being at summer camp.
