Pregnant fitness influencer Alice Liveing is glowing as she cradles her growing bump and reveals she is ‘going offline’ to prepare for birth

Alice Liveing, who is expecting a baby, showed off her growing belly in a recent post, looking radiant and happy.

The 32-year-old fitness influencer announced on Instagram that she’s taking a break from social media to get ready for her baby.

Posing in the sun, she wore a black sports bra and wide leg trousers while smiling for the snaps. 

Alice announced on social media: ‘To all of you wonderful people who feel like friends, I’m taking a break to have a baby!’

I’m so grateful for your incredible support. You’ve consistently encouraged me, especially with your kind messages, and your advice has been a huge help.

I truly appreciate this opportunity and have always aimed to be thoughtful and considerate in my approach. I hope to carry that forward in the future.

I’ve been working in this field for quite a while, and it’s easy to start feeling lost or like you’re not keeping up. But I feel like things are finally falling into place for me, and I’m really looking forward to what’s next.

You’re never truly prepared for parenthood. I’m feeling both incredibly excited and really nervous about it.

Having a family is the most wonderful thing I’ll ever do, and I’m excited to begin this new chapter. I’m looking forward to what’s next, and I’m so grateful for all of you. Thanks for everything, always.

The vlogger announced her pregnancy on Instagram in May with a sweet video of her and her husband, Patrick Murphy, sharing a cozy moment.

Alongside the sweet video, Alice penned: ‘Some news we wanted to share with you.

I understand that getting to this point has been difficult, and hearing this news isn’t easy. My thoughts and support are with everyone who is still going through it.

I didn’t want to keep this a secret, but we’ve been holding off on sharing for a few personal reasons and because we were a little hesitant. I hope you can appreciate that.

We’re thrilled about what’s next and feel so much love and optimism as we start this new journey, and we’re excited to share it with all of you.

She announced she’s expecting her baby in October and is eagerly awaiting the arrival, saying she’s excited to share more updates soon.

Alice quickly received lots of congratulatory messages from her famous friends, including one from Vicky Pattison who wrote: ‘Oh wow!!! This is incredible news congratulations ♥️’.

Boris Johnson’s wife Carrie commented: ‘Oh I’m so so so pleased for you Alice ❤️’.
