Controversial Married At First Sight star Hayley Vernon revealed a brand new look on Friday.
The 38-year-old former reality TV star has made a significant change in her life. After leaving the adult film industry last year, she’s now dedicated to sharing religious teachings.
She recently changed her hairstyle to go with her fresh start, posting a selfie on Instagram with the simple caption: ‘She got bangs.’
Hayley had been styling her dark hair in a sleek, pulled-back look, usually with a ponytail or bun.
But she has ditched the neat hairstyle for a front fringe, adding a softer angle to her features.
Hayley looked happy in the photo, taken inside her car, and was wearing a cross necklace.

This news follows Hayley’s recent decision to focus on a healthier lifestyle, which she began after slowing down her intense training.
In June, the woman with brown hair posted a video online explaining she was starting physical therapy to recover from a knee injury.
Today marks the start of my recovery. I recently got an MRI to investigate a problem with my knee and discovered I’ve torn my PCL – a grade two tear, which I’ve actually experienced before.
I’m getting back into shape after a 10-week break, and I’m really focused on rebuilding my routine and healthy habits.
Even though she was injured, she seemed cheerful in the video, smiling with a coffee in one hand and walking her dog with the other.
As someone who follows trends in well-being, I was really moved by Hayley’s honesty last year. She bravely shared her personal mental health journey on Instagram after deciding to take a break from her professional life. It really resonated with me – and I think with a lot of people – because it showed the courage it takes to prioritize your well-being, even when it means making big changes.
In a heartfelt message, she shared her worry that she might fall apart while adjusting to recent changes in her life.
She admitted to feeling scared, which was really bothering her. While she doesn’t usually get easily upset, the fear of losing something or someone she cares about is a major vulnerability for her.

It’s hard admitting when you’re struggling, especially coming from a place where you had to rely on yourself. Today, it really overwhelmed me. Everyone needs help sometimes, even those who seem strong.
I’ve made huge changes in my life, and while they’re positive, it’s scary going through them on my own.
It’s amusing when I think about it – I’ve always handled everything on my own. Even now, looking back, I know I always manage to bounce back.
I’m really struggling today. I’m feeling down and anxious, and I’m reminding myself that I don’t have to go through this by myself. It’s been hard asking for help, but I’m trying to lean on others.
Hayley became well-known after appearing on the 2020 season of Married at First Sight Australia, where she was partnered with David Cannon.
The pair were forced off the show by relationship expert John Aiken during a commitment ceremony.
Following her appearance on the show, she worked in the adult entertainment industry before leaving that profession and finding faith.
