Matt Willis showed off his toned physique by taking an ice bath before performing with Busted and McFly on tour. He removed his shirt for the chilly pre-show ritual.

Charlie Simpson, 42, showed off his impressive physique and pre-concert workout routine in a TikTok video on Thursday.

Matt revealed that he takes an ice bath—sitting in it with just his underwear on for about two minutes—as part of his pre-show routine.

Matt admitted he typically does it nude, but he chose to wear black briefs for the video.

When Matt jumped into the icy water, he jokingly told the crowd, ‘I usually don’t wear underwear, but since you’re all here, I decided to keep my pants on today!’

He explained that he had to keep his hands warm to play well, otherwise they’d get too cold to function properly.

‘No more than two minutes pre-show because otherwise it’s a bit too taxing.

Being out in the cold for even a short time can really drain your energy and make you feel a little weak or dizzy.

He ended the clip: ‘Now we’ve got about 45 minutes until stage, it’s time to hype up.’ 

Matt is currently on tour with Busted and their previous rivals, McFly.

Busted consists of Matt, James Bourne, and Charlie Simpson. However, James had to unexpectedly drop out of the tour due to illness.

James announced on Instagram that the VS tour starts tomorrow night in Birmingham, and he’s been looking forward to it all year!

I’m so sorry, but after the last eight days, it’s become clear that I’m not healthy enough to perform at these shows.

I’m still learning about my health, but my bandmates, manager, and I all agree that I need to prioritize getting better right now.

As someone who follows relationship dynamics closely, I’ve been so impressed with Matt and Emma! They’re a beautiful couple – married for years and now really shining as the hosts of Love Is Blind. It’s wonderful to see them so happy and thriving, both personally and professionally. They genuinely seem more in love than ever, and it’s lovely to witness.

The couple met in 2004 and they share three children, Isabelle, 16, Ace, 14, Trixie, nine.

Emma recently revealed the key to her happy marriage: she and her partner always prioritize spending time together.

‘Love, time, commitment, compromise, f**k knows,’ Emma told the Mirror.

I hope we’re still around in twenty, thirty, or even forty years, and that we’ll be able to share those years together!

Honestly, when she said that, I nearly fainted! It was just… everything. She basically explained how they stay so perfect! They really watch everything, you know? They’re so careful not to mess up, and they make time for each other, which is the sweetest thing ever, and they actually prioritise it! Like, it’s not an afterthought! It’s just… perfection. I swear, they’re the most thoughtful couple ever, and hearing her say that just confirmed everything I already knew!

Matt added: ‘Having children for us was such a massive thing.

‘It changed everything. It takes it to a whole new level. It’s bonkers but I love it.’
