Build your ultimate squad from unique waifus and uncover hidden truths
In Awakenloop, you start the game waking up in old ruins and are quickly found by friendly animal-eared girls who believe you’re their prophesied hero. Together, you’ll journey through lost lands, gain new abilities, discover secrets, and fight against an encroaching darkness.
In this game, you collect anime-style characters who have animal traits – think fox girls, cat girls, and more – to build a strong team. I’m currently trying to evolve them to unlock even more powerful forms, which also gives you awesome skins and new skills.

Battles are fast-paced and rely on chaining abilities together, making the game fun whether you’re fighting AI or other players. However, I found the downtime between battles a bit boring. I especially appreciated the ability to instantly reset your heroes and get back all your resources – it’s a fantastic way to experiment and rebuild your team.
There are a lot of appealing characters in this game, but what really stood out to me was the dating system. You can develop relationships with the characters you like, discover unique stories about them, and even go on dates. However, I need to play the game myself to see if it’s as good as it sounds, since the current reviews aren’t very positive.
