Garuda is the latest mage hero added to Honor of Kings. To celebrate his release, the game developers are hosting an event where all players can earn him for free! The event also features a variety of exclusive rewards, and we’ll cover all the details in this article.
How to get the New Mage Hero – Garuda for Free
Okay, so I just found out how to get the new Mage hero, Garuda! It looks like we need to jump into the Free New Hero event. They’re giving away a ton of free stuff, like cool avatar borders and a special Garuda avatar. The best part? Getting all this stuff is super easy – we just have to complete some simple tasks. Here’s what we need to do and what we’ll get for it:
- Log in for 1 Day – Garuda’s 7 days trial card
- Win 1 5v5 match daily – 3 Golden Arrows
- Win 2 5v5 match daily – 6 Golden Arrows
- Play 1 5v5 match using Garuda – 10 Golden Arrows
- Play 3 5v5 match using Garuda – 15 Golden Arrows
- Purchase Garuda Speed Chest from the Shop with Starstones to obtain the hero faster – 1 Garuda Speed Chest.
You can purchase the Garuda’s Speed Chest up to 24 times for 1200 Starstones each time. Doing so will help you collect enough Golden Arrows to get valuable rewards.
Redeemable Rewards in the Free Garuda Event
Once you’ve collected enough Golden Arrows, you can trade them in for awesome rewards! Here’s what’s available during the event:
- Garuda’s Hero License – 70 Golden Arrows
- Exclusive Garuda Avatar – 8 Golden Arrows
- Exclusive Garuda Avatar Frame – 8 Golden Arrows
- 1 Hero Fragment – 1 Golden Arrow
So, it looks like it’s gonna take at least 3 days to unlock the new hero, Garuda. Definitely make sure you jump into this event – you can snag Garuda and a bunch of other cool rewards for free, which is awesome!
