Gemma Collins reveals she’s dropped another 18 pounds following 3st weight loss transformation after using skinny jabs

Gemma Collins has lost an additional 18 pounds, bringing her total weight loss to three stone.

Gemma Collins, 44, recently shared that she lost enough weight to go from a size 26 to a size 20 in three months, thanks to using Mounjaro injections.

Gemma has continued to make progress on her weight loss journey, losing another stone and four pounds, and reports feeling ‘really good’.

Gemma admitted she has been exercising more but is trying not to put too much pressure on herself.

Gemma recently told OK! magazine that she’s lost another stone and four pounds and is feeling great.

She emphasized the importance of self-love and self-compassion, explaining that it’s about consistently making good decisions and being present in the moment.

I try not to stress about it. It took time to gain weight, so it won’t come off instantly.

Gemma shared on Friday that she experienced severe health problems after losing three stone with the help of weight-loss injections, describing the pain as ‘agonising’.

The 44-year-old TV star, featured in a new Paddy Power gaming ad alongside Coleen Rooney and Danny Dyer, revealed to the Daily Mail that she experienced a gallbladder attack in August and continues to take medication several months later.

Just before a trip to Cyprus to celebrate her partner Rami Hawash’s birthday, she suddenly collapsed due to pain.

Concerned about potentially needing emergency room care, she received a visit from her doctor at home, who determined she had gallstones.

Gallstones are small, hard deposits that develop in the gallbladder. If these cause discomfort, the National Health Service says that gallbladder removal surgery may be necessary.

Gemma mentioned to the Daily Mail that she had a mild gallbladder issue. She isn’t certain if it’s related to something she was doing, though it’s been suggested there could be a connection. Because of this, she’s decided to take it easy for a while.

We were planning a trip to celebrate Rami’s 50th birthday, but I was in terrible pain. I’d arranged a Ferrari driving experience as his birthday gift, and we were scheduled to fly out the next day.

I collapsed to the floor while he was running around the track. I immediately felt a sharp pain and realized I’d probably need to go to the emergency room.

I contacted my doctor, and he offered to come to my home to examine me. The examination revealed I had gallstones.

I’m still not entirely sure about gallstones. They’re actually quite common, and problems with them can happen unexpectedly.

‘You know, I was in such pain, but I’ve got the medication at the minute that’s helping me.

‘At the time, it was agonising and I thought I’m, I’m not gonna make it to Cyprus.

The doctors were really helpful, and I’m finally getting some pain relief. We’ll just have to wait and see how things progress from here.

According to Dr. Babak Ashrafi at Superdrug, gallstones are a frequently reported side effect of taking Mounjaro.

On the company website, it states that gallbladder issues, like gallstones or inflammation of the gallbladder (cholecystitis), are uncommon but potentially severe side effects of Mounjaro.

Okay, so I’ve been doing *so* much research on Mounjaro – it’s amazing, honestly! But I stumbled across something a little concerning. Apparently, it’s a GLP-1 inhibitor, and those can sometimes mess with your gallbladder. It’s because they can lower levels of this hormone called cholecystokinin, and that stuff is *vital* for keeping your gallbladder working properly. It’s a bit scary, but I’m still super excited about the potential benefits, I just want to be informed, you know?

Gemma was showing off her weight loss, but she was also experiencing a side effect from the injections at the time.

Gemma worried that losing weight made her appear older and jokingly pointed out her prominent wrinkles in a recent Instagram post.
