I’m hearing from Gabriel Luna, who many of you will remember as Robbie Reyes – aka Ghost Rider – from *Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.*, that he’s definitely open to playing the character again. It sounds like he’d jump at the chance to revisit that fiery role, and honestly, I think a lot of fans would love to see it!
While discussing his new film, The Astronaut, Gabriel Luna recently told Comic Book Movie that he still feels a strong connection to his character from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and really cherishes his time on the show.
The actor, 42, recently gained praise for his role as Tommy in HBO’s *The Last of Us*, and he shared that he still feels a strong connection to the Ghost Rider character and the Marvel universe. He expressed willingness to revisit the role, saying he’s ‘open to it,’ and explained that his love for the character and the world of Marvel makes him eager to consider any future opportunities.
Luna also shared his gratitude for his former colleagues from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., like Clark Gregg, Chloe Bennet, and Ming-Na Wen. Wen recently spoke highly of the Ghost Rider story arc at New York Comic Con.
The actor from Fubar shared that many fans consider the fourth season their favorite, which is particularly meaningful given the show’s seven strong seasons and the close-knit cast. He said it’s special that they cherish that specific season so highly. He also expressed his fondness for Robbie and the character of Ghost Rider, noting their continued popularity.
