The latest Show Time pack in eFootball 2026 has arrived, and it’s called ‘Anticipated Standouts.’ This pack focuses on defense, featuring powerful cards of Gianluigi Donnarumma, Alexander Isak, and Matheus Cunha, all with Show Time skills.

The new Standouts pack features three players who seem to fill important positions: a strong goalkeeper, a forward who excels at winning headers, and a playmaker. While none of them are game-changing superstars, I’ll take a closer look at each one and give my ranking.

Alexander Isak

  • Position: CF
  • Playing Style: Goal Poacher
  • Show Time Skills: Momentum Dribbling and Bullet Header

Isak is a striker perfectly suited for fast breaks and quickly turning defense into attack. His height and speed make him a classic goal-poacher, capitalizing on space behind opposing defenses. He’s also skilled at maintaining momentum while dribbling, allowing him to carry the ball through tight turns and into positions where he can shoot, which boosts his overall dribbling stats.

I think Bullet Header is a solid addition to the team, though heading isn’t really his best skill. He’s got the height, so if they boosted his jump over 80, he’d be a much more well-rounded player. Honestly, his speed and acceleration are great – maybe that player ID is still holding him back just a little bit.

He’s capable of holding up the ball, but he truly shines when making runs to get into scoring positions. To get the most out of him, play him with a creative attacking midfielder or a fast winger who can deliver through balls. And be sure to equip him with the Long Range Shooting trait.

Gianluigi Donnarumma

  • Position: GK
  • Playing Style: Offensive Goalkeeper
  • Show Time Skills: None

It’s a little strange that this goalkeeper doesn’t have any special abilities to rush out and challenge opponents, especially since recent cards for goalkeepers like Dida and Allison included defensive direction skills. However, Donnarumma is still a very skilled sweeper-keeper, meaning he’s great at coming off his line to defend.

He’s an assertive goalkeeper who actively comes off his line to challenge attackers in one-on-one situations and intercept long passes behind the defense, especially when the defensive line plays a high game. He’s consistently reliable, as shown by his strong fundamental statistics, and with the right training, all of his key stats can exceed 95.

This card’s biggest strength is its exceptional reach. It works best in formations that push up and maintain a high defensive line, as it effectively cuts out long passes and prevents opponents from running behind the defense.

Matthaus Cunha

  • Position: AMF
  • Playing Style: Creative Playmaker
  • Show Time Skills: Blitz Curler and Acceleration Burst

Cunha is a versatile player who excels in quickly exploiting small gaps in the opponent’s defense. His ‘Acceleration Burst’ trait is a natural strength, as he’s already a good dribbler. Combining that with the ‘ST’ skill can significantly boost his speed, making him a very effective player.

What makes this card stand out? His key strengths lie in his ST skills, specifically Blitz Curler and Acceleration Burst. To truly utilize these skills, you need strong stats, and this card delivers. Giving him only a creative role wouldn’t take full advantage of his abilities.

Consider using a hybrid SS/AMF player in this position. Playing them at SS helps keep them closer to the goal for shooting opportunities. If you prefer a playmaker, increase their passing stats while slightly reducing their finishing ability. It’s a surprisingly effective card overall.

Verdict on the eFootball 2026 Show Time Anticipated Standouts players

Honestly, I usually only bother with Show Time cards if they’re really amazing, the kind you build your whole team around at the very end of the game. This pack just doesn’t feel like that. We get a couple of solid attackers and a pretty reliable keeper, which is nice, but it’s not going to suddenly make my team a powerhouse, especially when everyone else is using those super strong Epic cards right now.
