Requirements

Trailblaze Level 21 or higher
Completing Witch’s Mirrored Reversal, along with the Origami Bird Clash and Finality’s Vision missions

Overview

Colorful Mayhem is a special event combining the games Origami Bird Clash: Official Edition and Seal Slammers. It features improved online play and quick, exciting matches. Players can compete in two modes – Double Seals and Best of the Flock – to earn points and win rewards.

Double Seals Mode

The first minigame, Double Seals, is similar to Seal Slammers, but with a change: players can now use six baby seals in each match, instead of just three.

You’ll have three seals fighting as your main Battle Units, and the other three will be Assist Seals. Assist Seals provide helpful boosts and effects to support your fighters. The goal is to defeat all of your opponent’s seals – the first player to knock out six seals wins!

Teams can be built with different types of seals, each offering a unique playstyle. For instance, the Dark Seal Carry team prioritizes powerful attacks, while the Red Hot Seal Carry team excels at chaining combos and boosting damage with special effects. To succeed in battle, it’s important to choose the right seal combination and upgrades – like increased attack power or extra turns – to create a strong team.

Best of the Flock Mode

The “Best of the Flock” game mode is similar to “Origami Bird Clash” and features a new way to compete. Each game pits 30 players against each other, challenging them to increase their bird’s strength by quickly matching fruit tiles before the timer reaches zero.

Players looking to climb the leaderboards should consider birds like Jadebird and Trailbirder. These birds are great because their special skills activate quickly – you only need to match five of their fruit. You can even trigger their abilities repeatedly by using Super Bombs or Cleansing Sprays on those fruits, making them very powerful choices.

If you don’t reach the necessary power level each round, you’ll be eliminated, making both quickness and accuracy crucial for staying in the competition.

Gameplay Details

The Colorful Mayhem event lets you progress by playing and winning matches. To begin, choose either Double Seals or Best of the Flock from the Multiplayer menu. Compete against other players, earn points by achieving high scores, and climb the ranks!
