David Beckham cuts a cheerful figure at NBA game in China after wife Victoria candidly detailed her eating disorder in new Netflix docuseries

David Beckham seemed cheerful on Sunday while attending the 15th NBA China Games in Macau, China, where he had a courtside seat at The Venetian Macao.

The 50-year-old former soccer player looked delighted while watching the Brooklyn Nets play the Phoenix Suns in a preseason game. He had also been at the game on Friday with Jackie Chan.

Phoenix won the first game against Brooklyn with a score of 132-127, but lost the second game 111-109.

David looked handsome as usual, wearing a forest green bomber jacket with a simple T-shirt and khaki pants.

You know, being at the game was incredible! I noticed this dad – he has four kids, which is amazing – and he was completely captivated by everything happening on the court. It was fun to see him chatting with Vince Carter too, they seemed to be having a great conversation. It just felt like a really positive energy all around.

The England footballer has had a whirlwind week, travelling to China from London right after the launch event for his wife Victoria’s new documentary.

In a new Netflix show, 51-year-old Emma Bunton, formerly of the Spice Girls, openly discusses her struggles with an eating disorder, which began after she became unhappy with her appearance.

Throughout the three-part series, the fashion designer openly discusses her worries about her brand failing, revealing years of financial struggles.

Following the release of something he was celebrating, David publicly thanked his wife, Victoria, for their son, Brooklyn. This gesture came despite a continuing family conflict that has caused a rift with their oldest child.

The ex-Manchester United and England player also commended the fashion designer for openly sharing her personal challenges after the release of her Netflix documentary.

Victoria celebrated the premiere of her new documentary series on Wednesday with close friends and family, then continued the celebration with a party that lasted late into the night.

Meanwhile, Brooklyn was thousands of miles away in Beverly Hills with his wife, actress Nicola Peltz.

Even though David is still facing difficulties with his family and Brooklyn, he expressed gratitude to Victoria for their four children, whom he described as beautiful.

David posted a heartwarming video on Instagram Thursday showing him dancing with Victoria at her movie premiere after-party.

They seemed deeply in love while dancing to Whitney Houston’s classic, “How Will I Know.”

He shared a heartfelt message with the post, expressing his love for Victoria Beckham. He thanked her for being his wife, their four children, her daily care (like making his vitamins), and for always supporting his dreams.

He expressed his pride in their progress, both past and present, and commended them for sharing their challenges and how those experiences shaped them. He emphasized that they have every reason to be proud of themselves.

‘And for the record you can make a Ham&Cheese sandwich very well.  We love you x @victoriabeckham.’

The couple’s sons, 23-year-old Romeo and Cruz, along with Cruz’s girlfriend Jackie, and their daughter Harper, joined them at the event, which was held at the Curzon Mayfair cinema in London.

Following the incredibly successful premiere, a luxurious after-party was held at a private club.

It was another touching moment, but also a reminder that life is different now for the Beckham family.

Just over two years ago, Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz attended the premiere of David Beckham’s show, *Beckham*, at this very location.

Victoria and her husband have accepted that they won’t be seeing their oldest son anytime soon. He and his wife, Nicola, are always missed at family events, especially since they didn’t attend David’s 50th birthday party, which caused a significant rift.

At the movie premiere, Victoria expressed her gratitude to Brooklyn and her other children for all their support.

She expressed her gratitude, jokingly thanking her husband, David, for strongly encouraging – and essentially insisting – she participate.

My kids – Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper – and David… it’s taken going through this to finally understand that I am enough on my own.

She shared that going through this experience made her think deeply about her life and how far she’d come, which was very emotional. She’d been in therapy for a year, and it helped her understand a lot about herself.

I want to express my gratitude to my parents, as well as my brother and sister. I also want to send my love and thanks to the Spice Girls!

Victoria had a lovely evening, even though Brooklyn wasn’t there. She wore one of her own designs to a small get-together with some of the Spice Girls. It wasn’t a complete reunion, though, as Mel B was working in the US.

Despite everything, she did send Victoria flowers to wish her well for her performance last night. Geri Halliwell-Horner, Emma Bunton, and Melanie Chisholm were also in attendance.

A friend of Victoria shared that she was thrilled the Spice Girls were able to attend, as she really cherishes their time together.

These individuals played a significant role in her story and appear frequently in the documentary. It was unfortunate Mel B couldn’t attend, as she was busy, but everyone else was present without any conflict or disagreements.

Victoria’s parents, Jackie and Tony Adams, and her sister Louise with her children, were also at the party, which started with a champagne reception in the famous cinema.
